El hotel me ha ofrecido una habitación en el sexto piso con una fantástica vista de la ciudad de Kolkata. El personal del frente era muy útil y amable, especialmente el caballero con gafas en el contable de entrada, que siempre respondió a mis solicitudes y se dirigió a cualquier reclamación rápidamente. Incluso nos permitieron una salida tardía porque nuestro vuelo fue retrasado, que realmente aprecié. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y bien mantenida. El personal de seguridad en la entrada principal también estaba muy cortés y siempre listo para ayudar si proporcionaba pequeño cambio para los conductores de entrega o Uber pagos. Very friendly staff and good location. Although 3 stars is a bit high. It is rather 2,5 stars. Breakfast was a good start of the day, continental and Indian. Room was small and old, ac noisy. But who cares; you don’t go to Kolkata to stay in your room. On the roof was a terrace where you can eat and drink. All in all great stay. Will definitely come back next time

Hotel is nearby birla school, mint o park. Park street and Arselan biryani ( park circus) is walkable distance. Theater road join birla platarium. Rate is quite high on the basis of service. Breakfast is not good. Charging for drinking water. Restaurant was full of hukka lover in the evening. Smoke is everywhere in restaurant.
