There's no introduction required to the hospitality and experiences that the legacy Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai requires. Nothing I can say is going to be surprising for the property or the people associated. Yet I write a feedback on the responsiveness, guest service and relationship etiquette that this heritage property delivers.  So a few days back I had encountered a slight issue in the service and happened to bring it to the notice of Mr. Ritesh Sharma, GM of the property. The response of Mr Sharma to this issue was phenomenal. The way he and his team went overboard in ensuring that our trust and love for the property is not lost is phenomenal.  Frankly I would have never expected someone of his level to pay attention to a small glitch but then that is what is the fabric of the brand which distinguishes it. The fact that a common person is attended to and responded to by the senior most person means a lot.  In fact Mr. Sharma's response not just elevated our experience but helped us build a very strong relationship with his team which includes the dynamic Anuj Nyatna and Alex from Sea Lounge. Ofcourse the food and ambience of the hotel is top class. It's well established. But I must say I just love the masala chai. It's so well done. An evening and my birthday so well celebrated thanks to the team at Sea Lounge and Aquarius. Every tiny bit was so well ***aged including keeping my daughter so pleased ( a tough task!).  In hospitality getting a good feedback and a promoter is tough but getting a detractor to be a promoter is the toughest task and the fact that thru ***aged to bring in this shift shows the caliber, maturity and humility of Mr. Sharma and his team.  I must say they have set themselves a huge challenge because now thats the expectation they have set.  A big thank you to everyone.

I would say it’s one of the best location in Mumbai to stay. Sea view room was amazing with a view of marine drive. Breakfast buffet has lots of variety!

La ubicación es excelente, la atmósfera ambiente, el personal es excelente. La habitación era limpia, elegante, acogedora con un excelente servicio donde tuvimos la cena. La comida era buena y el valor para el dinero y el servicio era atento y eficiente. La habitación estaba bien equipada y cómoda. Estaba muy contento con mi estancia. Espero estar de vuelta para una visita más larga en el futuro.

The team is very friendly - but nobody picked up at the restaurant when I tried to order some food. Other than that, the service was impeccable. The room is well appointed with very nice bed and bathroom. There was no bathrobe in the room and there’s no dining space for two people (only one chair in front of the desk plus one arm chair; shower was a bit hard to use. All in all my experience was positive, will consider to stay here again next time when the AER bar is open again

El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad de Taj Land, donde se celebran los mejores años de su vida. Mencione en particular al Sr. Keshav, al Sr. Gaurav y al Sr. Farhan por su magnífico apoyo.

Este encantador hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto. El personal es muy cálido y amable y cuida bien de su huésped. Las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas y me recuerdan 5 estrellas desde el fondo de los 90. Un buen lugar para acoger bodas, ya que tienen mucho espacio para organizar todas las diversas funciones, etc. El hotel tiene un diseño de hotel que ofrece una gran cantidad de servicios. Recomiendo realmente a los propietarios/***acomodar otro ascensor y la escalera de la escalera, ya que el diseño del hotel es tal que las habitaciones están muy lejos del principal ascensor y se convierte en un problema para viajar de una extremidad a otra

The hospitality and service of the staff was excellent. The room was not clean and felt very dusty most of the times even after it was vacuumed. The mattress was a spring mattress which was of a poor quality and unfortunately they couldn't replace with a better one which resulted in uncomfortable sleep at nights. Apart from this the overall stay was amazing like the jacuzzi, steam/sauna rooms, swimming pool, etc...

Our recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings. Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down. The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service compensated for these minor lapses. The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner. Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time. In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.
