«The hotel management were Curtis and taking care of all the required needs upon my arrival and until my departure from the city, the hygienic and cleanliness of the property is pretty admirable. «Nos quedamos en el aire con la familia, un grupo de 10 adultos y 3 niños. La estancia fue agradable. El equipo en el aire fue muy cooperativo y de apoyo. También recibimos el check-in temprano. Debes probar el alimento que ofrecen. Recomendaría definitivamente la propiedad, ya que es justo en contra de la estación de tren ajmer.»

«Hotel was clean staff was not train and unprofitable we ask for extra key the guy in reception was rude and argument for key we said that we book hotel for brand name person reply it's not brand it's depend on owner usaly if you go to any hotel we have two keys but they don't check out there is no staff to assist the luggage brekfast was ok ok.»

«The location was fine , I complained regarding TV and After 5 hours check TV issue got resolved. Within 24 hours of stay I faced many power cut and 1 power cut was 1 hour long. Not a good experience with Hotel ajmer regency. Thank you.»

«The hotel staff was courteous and we had a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and good service was provided. Some cons were parking was on the dusty road, the dinner facility closed early even after the staff promised. RRavindranLa habitación estaba limpia. Se hizo frío en la noche, sin embargo, y caliente en la tarde, supongo, porque era una tienda. El hotel me dijo que no podían reservar un billete de tren en mi nombre, aunque un hotel anterior que me quedé en hizo esto.

Unfortunately, the quality and size of the beds were extremely disappointing. The mattresses were uncomfortable, with weak and uneven springs that made sleeping difficult throughout the night. The pillows were also of very poor quality and offered no proper support. Overall, the bedding setup did not meet even basic comfort expectations, and it significantly affected the quality of rest during the stay.

BBrian LindenThe hotel is visually stunning, especially at night, and has wonderful views. Some of the staff, however, seem uninterested in the guests. While is would stay there again, I believe they could do better with very little effort. Some of the team, not all, just seemed unmotivated.
