Nice boutique hotel , but the service has to improve

The hotel was very nice, beautiful pool, great ”all-inclusive” service, with drinks and snacks available between the 3 delicious, plentiful meals. There were also surprises left in the room ( wine, chocolate, dates, etc..) We had a huge balcony, that cpukd have fit 10 people! The room and bathroom were clean, but not fancy looking. There were little shampoos, conditioner, shower gel etc. Plenty of towels. Here and there there was a chip in the paint on the wall, but nothing major. People in the adjoining room were smoking and security was very responsive to our complaint and came twice to get them to stop smoking in the room. The staff was really nice!

Great location ! The stuff are very polite and welcoming We want particular to praise the guy in the front desk - I’m sorry we didn’t catch his name - but he is I think Russian. Every time we asked him for help he was so nice and helpful although sometimes the lobby was very busy. Please make sure he gets this compliment.

Excelente Hotel, ubicación y servicio al cliente están al aire libre, El personal y el gerente del hotel Rinat fue arriba y más allá para hacer nuestra estadía agradable y divertido. Gracias!!!

When you take the room with the plunge pool be aware that there is no privacy, everyone from the street to the higher floors can peep down or up at you. The metal roof hasn't been cleaned in god knows how long and was filled with trash. The room itself looked quite new however smaller then advertised.

La mala experiencia de Elat Caesar la noche anterior se volvió a Neptuno el día siguiente. El personal recibe con entusiasmo, aunque la habitación no está completamente preparada, pero el personal de la recepción con entusiasmo nos ayudó a hacer el alojamiento primero y nos dijo que la habitación estaba preparada para hacerlo y luego llamaría para decirle que la habitación no es grande, pero está limpia. A continuación hay una gran piscina y playa privada. Porque la playa del Mar Rojo es muy apretada, finalmente decidimos nadar en la piscina del hotel. El desayuno es rica y el hotel está cerca de una parada de autobús de largo camino. Regrese a Tel Aviv antes del sábado de la tarde.

We had an extraordinary 3 days 2 nights Shavuot experience, everyone enjoyed every moment. Warm welcome, courtesy, professional service! Clean and equipped rooms The children enjoyed the pools and the facilities, and we all enjoyed the food at a very high level. We got the feeling of VIP guests Many thanks to the reception staff and hotel management, we feel that they are making an effort to provide an exceptional service experience.
