Strategically located in the Galway city, many tour buses stop right in front and Kinlay has their own Galway Tour too. Clean private room and bathroom, thankfully there was a standing fan in the room to beat the sunny summer heat (unusual for Galway). Complimentary breakfast was awesome, delicious homemade Irish Soda bread, yummy scones that I missed on our last day there. Free flow of water, apples, tea, coffee and hot chocolate making that you could make yourself anytime. Would come back again, highly recommended.

Tuve una estancia excelente en el Radisson RED Galway. El hotel estaba impecablemente limpio, moderno y bien mantenido. La habitación era cómoda y estaba diseñada con mucho gusto, ofreciendo todo lo necesario para una estancia relajante. El personal fue amable, profesional y atento durante toda mi visita. Las instalaciones eran excelentes y el ambiente general del hotel era vibrante y agradable. La ubicación era conveniente y facilitó el desplazamiento por Galway. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel y con mucho gusto me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

El mejor hotel de cinco estrellas de Galway. La experiencia en general fue excelente. El hotel se especializa en spa y sauna, y los huéspedes pueden usar la sauna gratis (se requiere traje de baño). El ambiente de la sauna es único, muy diferente al de China; la iluminación es tenue y hay una pequeña cascada que recuerda un poco al ”estanque de vino y bosque de carne” del rey Zhou, jaja. La zona seca de la planta superior también es muy agradable, con té y libros. Casualmente llegué durante un tifón, y después de relajarme en la sauna, sentarme allí un rato, disfrutando del té mientras contemplaba el jardín y el bosque de bambú, fue bastante agradable.

Precioso hotel cerca del Arco Español y el West End de Galway. La habitación era espaciosa y limpia. El desayuno era variado, incluyendo continental y fruta fresca. El personal fue amable. En general, una buena estancia.

Excelente ubicación justo enfrente de la estación de autobuses. Gracias por guardar mi equipaje una noche antes de mi check-in.

This is my terrible experience during my Ireland trip. No aircondition, double lock out of order, iron doesnt work When we reported those issues to reception, no fixing, no room change arranged. 10mins later, they sent me an iron 😔 As viewed, the hotel lobby is nice & good beakfast. Hope they have improvement in future. 🙏

Very convenient location - just a minute or two walk from the train station. Room was clean, facilities were reasonable for the price. The issue we did have though was not receiving any check-in details prior to arriving in the evening. While trying to check in, a few groups managed to check in - having received earlier that day an email from the accommodation. For whatever reason, we didn't get ours. After a number of messages/calls and seeking assistance from the hotel across the road, we managed to finally receive comms from the accommodation in order to gain entry. While the individual from Madison House was adamant they sent the email, they weren't able to provide proof of this upon request...

El vestíbulo del hotel es espacioso y tiene un ambiente agradable. La habitación tiene una vista al río, e incluso nos dieron una habitación de categoría superior. El desayuno era un desayuno irlandés, nada del otro mundo.

Wir haben ganz Skonto gebucht, hat alles ohne Probleme geklappt. Super netter Service, kostenlose Handtücher, sowie kostenlos Tee/Kaffe und Obst. Zimmer war sauber, gute Größe und alles sehr unkompliziert. Super waren die Steckdosenleisten an jedem Bett mit zusätzlich USB und USBC Anschluss, man benötigt also kein Adapter. Wir hatten auch Frühstück inkl., eher kleineres Buffet, aber vollkommen ausreichend und lecker für den Preis. Die Matratzen sin unser einzigstes Mängel, die waren sehr hart.
