TTravellingmaudeFrom arrival to checkout, the stay felt warm and welcoming. Staff greeted us kindly and were consistently courteous throughout, which set a good tone from the start.
The room was very spacious, and being on the 18th floor, we had a lovely view over Bandung. The bed was excellent — super comfortable with great pillows. I fell asleep almost immediately, which says a lot. Facilities overall were solid and worked well.
The furniture shows a bit of age, but it still feels classic and well maintained rather than run down. The only real downside was the bathroom shower. The shower head is old and the water flow was uneven, which took away slightly from the experience. Towels, however, were clean and perfectly fine.
Breakfast was a highlight. A wide spread with lots of local options, including jamu and rebusan. It was fun sampling different traditional flavours, and the variety made breakfast something to look forward to rather than just routine.
Location is another plus. The hotel is just a short walk from Braga City Walk, making it very convenient for exploring the area, dining out, or taking an evening stroll.
Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service, a great bed, and a strong breakfast offering. With a small update to the bathroom fittings, it would be even better.

UUsuario anónimoIt's a very great hotel with a very great location. Superb. Love the vibe and love the overall design. Love how it's funky yet still minimal.. When we checked in, there was complimentary drinks for us at the lobby and it was yummy. Upon booking we had requested some complimentary servings for us to celebrate our anniversary, and YES. We got it upon entering the room. It was very tasty and pretty. Apart from that the room was spacious enough for us couple + 2 toddlers. We got the baby cot as per request. Just a few downside that I think can be improved, first is the room door that is so easily opened by our children. There were no door stopper at the door or extra safety lock, it was quite inconvinienf for us cuz our kids were so curious and keep wanting to open the door. Then, the dustbins had no plastic and the toilet has no hose bidet, but a built-in bidet. That's all. Other than that, perfecto, especially the variety delicious breakfast buffet. There were literally almost everything we missed about Indonesia in the breakfast buffet, undescribable! Unforgettable. Would definitely come again in the future insyaAllah

UUsuario invitadoVery disappointed that his 4 * hotel dont provides a fridge, hairdryer an phone in the room. One should ask for a hairdryer to get one. The badroom cleaning needs more attention and the water is leaking on the floor when taking a shower.
On the other hand, the restaurant manager would go the extra mile when one of the guests need anything. I was having a cold and he offered to make me some ginger tea and lend me his jacket when we visit the volcano after arranging a driver for us. Wasn't cheap but he did helped out so much. Very decent guy ans o so friendly

SSweetCoupleThe hotel is strategically located on Braga Street. The room is relatively small, especially to perform for prayer, but basic amenities are provided. Most rooms do not offer a city view. There are many cafés and photo spots nearby. Breakfast is simple yet enjoyable.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.

The station has two exits, the one at the Angkot (local public mini van) terminal has to walk up the overhead bridge to cross the rails leading to the hotel. While from the other exit, turn right and walk straight about 200 meter you can see the hotel's signboard.
We were given rooms at the ground level, at first the twin bed room which has warmer air conditioner. With our request, they allowed us to change to Queen room with better air conditioner. We have to borrow hair dryer from the receptionist and the water dispenser is outside the room. There is lift to upper floor, but we didn't try it. Foods are available when you walk straight further up to the Bandung station.
We used the Angkot to the Lembang tourist area at Indo Rp12,000 per person. Be reminded, no time schedule, only move once the van is full.

UUsuario invitado걸어서 5분 거리에 반둥회의 기념관과 아시아-아프리카 거리가 있어 반둥시내 관광하기에는 좋은 위치다. 내가 묵은 방은 넓어서 좋지만 원래 사진에 나와 있는 방이 아닌 것 같고 그 방보다 못한 것 같다. 광고 사진은 방안 창문이 왼편에 있는데 내가 묵은 방의 창문은 오른편에 있다.

RRobert542Ok. The room actually looks a little different than in the photos—more rundown and a bit old. There’s no problem with the AC or the hot water, and the bed is comfortable. However, there’s no noise isolation whatsoever. I had a room on the ground floor, and I could hear everything happening at the reception.
At 5 a.m., someone just outside was vigorously sweeping the sidewalk or the parking lot. At 6 a.m., a girl started crying and making a fuss to her parents about something. Then the people at the reception started talking loudly (though they are very kind and friendly, I have to say). In short, it’s very hard to get good sleep.
Oh, and there’s a window right above the door overlooking the corridor. Privacy can be easily breached; anyone could hold up a phone above the door and record what’s happening in the room.
