Crowne Plaza Bandung was a pleasant stay for few nights. Room was ok, but felt rather noisy with the ubiquitous noisy motorcycle mufflers filtering into the room all night. Double glazing/noise reduction glass appears to be lacking. Windows need a thorough clean as well as the room carpets looking rather dirty in parts. On a positive note, bed is comfortable, location is favourable and all hotel staff interactions were friendly, helpful and polite. Special mention to the restaurant manager whom graciously assisted in offering and delivering a special delicious healthy juice to my table at breakfast over several days. Breakfast in the restaurant had a fresh and extensive variety of delicious local Indonesian dishes as well as the usual western staples. Our room was conveniently located on the Executive Lounge floor which was a spacious and relatively quiet to enjoy the evening canapés and drinks. Another special mention to Faisal for his kind assistance with our train tickets and all of the obliging staff in the Lounge fulfilling my multiple coffee and drinks requests. Pool on level 5 was inviting for a swim with a pleasant view over city and towards mountains. All of the concierge and door attendants were very helpful as well as the special service assisting to cross the busy road outside hotel was appreciated.

Lugar cómodo, hay nevera y tetera. La habitación es espaciosa. El personal fue amable y nos proporcionó la solución de llave de respaldo que necesitábamos. El desayuno es delicioso y completo.

It's a very great hotel with a very great location. Superb. Love the vibe and love the overall design. Love how it's funky yet still minimal.. When we checked in, there was complimentary drinks for us at the lobby and it was yummy. Upon booking we had requested some complimentary servings for us to celebrate our anniversary, and YES. We got it upon entering the room. It was very tasty and pretty. Apart from that the room was spacious enough for us couple + 2 toddlers. We got the baby cot as per request. Just a few downside that I think can be improved, first is the room door that is so easily opened by our children. There were no door stopper at the door or extra safety lock, it was quite inconvinienf for us cuz our kids were so curious and keep wanting to open the door. Then, the dustbins had no plastic and the toilet has no hose bidet, but a built-in bidet. That's all. Other than that, perfecto, especially the variety delicious breakfast buffet. There were literally almost everything we missed about Indonesia in the breakfast buffet, undescribable! Unforgettable. Would definitely come again in the future insyaAllah

Excelente ubicación, conectada con el centro comercial Braga Citywalk, ¡con la calle Braga justo debajo! Incluso con el ajetreo y el bullicio, las habitaciones son tranquilas. El personal es amable y servicial, las habitaciones están limpias y son cómodas. ¡Y las opciones de desayuno también son geniales!

Very disappointed that his 4 * hotel dont provides a fridge, hairdryer an phone in the room. One should ask for a hairdryer to get one. The badroom cleaning needs more attention and the water is leaking on the floor when taking a shower. On the other hand, the restaurant manager would go the extra mile when one of the guests need anything. I was having a cold and he offered to make me some ginger tea and lend me his jacket when we visit the volcano after arranging a driver for us. Wasn't cheap but he did helped out so much. Breakfast simple but tastefull and it start from 6am which good as i on the road early of the day Room # Space, condition still excellent, good night sleep with auto alarm from nearby Mosque @ 6am 2 botols of drinking water been provided - hope to have a mini bar Location # ＜ 5mins slow walk to Beraga Street and some street food stalls along the way. Walking distance to Pasar Baru n Museum too Overall 10/10. Will stay here again

The hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.

Walking distance to Bandung train station. The station has two exits, the one at the Angkot (local public mini van) terminal has to walk up the overhead bridge to cross the rails leading to the hotel. While from the other exit, turn right and walk straight about 200 meter you can see the hotel's signboard. We were given rooms at the ground level, at first the twin bed room which has warmer air conditioner. With our request, they allowed us to change to Queen room with better air conditioner. We have to borrow hair dryer from the receptionist and the water dispenser is outside the room. There is lift to upper floor, but we didn't try it. Foods are available when you walk straight further up to the Bandung station. We used the Angkot to the Lembang tourist area at Indo Rp12,000 per person. Be reminded, no time schedule, only move once the van is full.

걸어서 5분 거리에 반둥회의 기념관과 아시아-아프리카 거리가 있어 반둥시내 관광하기에는 좋은 위치다. 내가 묵은 방은 넓어서 좋지만 원래 사진에 나와 있는 방이 아닌 것 같고 그 방보다 못한 것 같다. 광고 사진은 방안 창문이 왼편에 있는데 내가 묵은 방의 창문은 오른편에 있다.
