UUsuario anónimoUno de los mejores hoteles en Semarang. Si buscas el mejor servicio y instalaciones en la ciudad, independientemente del precio, las mejores opciones son Tentrem o Padma. Nice desayuno. Nice lugar. Grande piscina. Conectado a Mall pero el mall no ofrece mucho. No muchos alquileres.

FFerry Sutrisno HadiRealmente nos encanta el Gumaya Tower Hotel, cada vez que visitamos Semarang siempre nos quedamos aquí. Las habitaciones están muy limpias, ordenadas, impecables y muy espaciosas… maravilloso desayuno también. La ubicación es excelente en el centro de la ciudad.

DDr. Ong SoetantoThis was my first time staying at Khas Semarang. I arrived around 12 pm and the hotel was very crowded because there was an event that day. The staff told me check-in was only at 2 pm, which is fine, but the problem was there were basically no seats available in the lobby to wait.
They suggested I sit in the restaurant instead. Honestly that felt a bit strange since it’s Ramadan and people are fasting. Anyway, as a local I didn’t really mind, so I just went to Paragon Mall which is about 10 minutes away to kill some time.
The room itself was quite clean and had all the basic amenities, so no issue there.
For sahur, I requested breakfast to be delivered at 3 am. It only arrived around 3:30 am. When I asked the staff why it was late, they said they had to deliver to more than 20 rooms first. That made me wonder why they don’t just open a simple sahur buffet to make things easier for everyone. The soto was actually nice, but unfortunately it was already cold by the time it arrived.
Food overall was decent.
One thing I like about this hotel is the location. There are quite a few nice cafés around and many of them are open 24 hours, so it’s easy to find somewhere to hang out late at night if you want.

TTW2024Booked this IXO Hotel as I like new hotels. A short easy walk from Semarang Poncol Train Station. I like their colorful decorations a lot. Good hot water to shower. The small face basin is not a concern, but they have a small shelf above it, under the mirror, to place the 2 toothpaste sets, and it is hard to brush my teeth. Hard to aim my mouth above the shelf and not to splash water onto the shelf. Great staff. Modern decoration. They have snacks and instant foods to sell at Lobby. Guests can get boiling water and cold water from the machine there. Very clean floor in room 105 but the shower room needs a brush with cleaning liquid. Old towels. Good bed linen. My room is a few steps from Reception so I didn’t use the elevator. Room has 2 bottles of water, 2 toothbrush sets and wall mounted shower gel bottle. Can borrow cups from Reception to make our own tea. They don’t give tea nor coffee in room. Only 2 outlets to charge the phones: bed head shelf and under the clothes hanging hook. They manage to have a tv and mirror in room in a very well appointed place. Good design to make use of every corner in a tiny room. Windows can be opened.

DDanieeHMuy bueno hotel! Volvería. Muy buena ubicación, y gran servicio. El desayuno ofrece varias opciones, así como. La habitación era grande con cama y cucharas cómodas.
No es perfecto, pero no es perfecto. Sugiero que la gestión del hotel haga un lavado profundo y químico de los baños. Mi baño de habitación se ve gris y la cueva era amarilla y sucia. Necesitamos un mejor cuidado.
En el hotel, el hotel está situado en una zona muy buena, pero no es un hotel de 5 niveles. Así que podrás oír los sonidos de la carretera, así como llamadas a la oración (a las 4:00 horas). También, el hotel está cerca de un gran campo, y acogió algunos eventos. A las 6:00, acogió algunos grupos de ejercicios y su micrófono era alto. No fue un buen sueño de noche. Sugerencia para que el hotel modernice y aisle las ventanas.
En conjunto, yo volvería, sin embargo, esperando ver muchas mejoras en el futuro.
