2night stay at Discovery SCDB to attend a conference in Jakarta. Booked a twin share room and this was the most unique and well designed twin-share room I have ever stayed in! 2 beds but with a separator and individual amenities for each person! 2 of almost everything including desk, TV, wardrobe & even separate wash basins! Room was clean. Wifi was stable and fairly fast. Morning breakfast was booked inclusive and is a free-flow ala-carte breakfast ordered from their menu. Food was tasty and the restaurant ambience and service was excellent. Check-in was very straightforward and staff was friendly, helpful and most importantly, spoke good English. Location was excellent right in the middle of the CBD next to a huge shopping mall Pacific Place. Overall an excellent stay. Will definitely return when next there. Highly recommended.

La habitación es moderna y de gran escala, con un toque de diseño tradicional de herencia indonesiana. Lo que más me gusta es la cama y el baño.. especialmente la ducha de lluvia más la presión del agua es perfecta.También recibimos chocolate complementario para celebrar el nuevo año. El hotel está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer.

Cama de dormir con un servicio maravilloso. Justo al lado de la tienda. También rodeado de otras tiendas. Conveniente para algunas compras y aventuras alimentarias 😁 Recomendamos quedarme aquí si vienes a Jakarta 👌🏻

Excelente ubicación en el corazón de Mega Kingan y acceso directo al Lotte Shopping Mall. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y limpias. Sólo un restaurante con una selección limitada, pero sin problemas como una puerta de acceso más barata tiene muchas opciones. Pero después de las 10:00, hay que caminar por la calle para volver al hotel.

Todo estupendo. El personal muy atento hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera estupenda. La habitación amplia, limpia y muy cómoda

A mi familia le encanta quedarse aquí. Buen desayuno, habitación grande, especialmente el personal es muy agradable.

Me encantó alojarme aquí. La ubicación es excelente. Nada más salir del hotel, todo está disponible, desde comidas copiosas hasta refrigerios, ropa, etc., todo en un mismo lugar. Este hotel es sin duda una excelente opción para quienes vienen de fuera. No se preocupen, aquí todo es fácil. Sin duda, me alojaré aquí de nuevo con los niños, aunque esté cerca de casa. Gracias.

El ascensor funciona muy lentamente, en parte porque el personal del hotel utiliza el mismo ascensor que los huéspedes, lo que causa retrasos. También hay ruidos ocasionales de la aire acondicionado, la nevera y otras fuentes. Además, la habitación se siente un poco pequeña para dos personas.

Artotel is a brilliant mid level brand, where the service and design often make it much better than hotel chains with more stars. Casa Kuningan have wonderful helpful staff, modern clean, comfortable rooms and a good, fresh breakfast and usually spa service to the room. Would highly recommend for solo and business travellers staying in Jakarta.

Swiss Bell Hotel chain is very expensive compare to other 4 star hotels. Not worth for money. There are more 4 star hotels much better than this at lower price in this area. I have experienced that. First room they gave me is disgusting. Not clean and broken room. After I complained they gave me another room with same aminities. Booked as a double guest room. But amenities were for a single person. Location is very good. Near pondok indah mall. Staff also very good and friendly. But greedy management trying to earn big money, giving lower class hotel to customers. So the problem is Management. Not the staff. Also remember, there is no good seating lobby. Restaurant also high price food and drinks. . You can get much better hotel at lower price than this is my final conclusion
