Upon arrival the initial room assigned was a major letdown, which immediately affected our comfort level. More concerning were the cleanliness issues: we found a stain on the bed linens pillow blanket and the sofa.
On the positive side, the room was very large and spacious, offering plenty of room to move around.
Fortunately, the front desk staff were understanding and professional when we raised these concerns. Manager Arry promptly arranged for us to move to a different room. The second room was much cleaner and significantly improved our stay (I forget to take picture of the second room).
While our initial experience was poor due to the condition of the first room, we appreciate the hotel's quick and effective resolution of the issue.
Breakfast not bad, morethan enough to fill our stomach. For the price we've paid I think worth it, hotel also have afternoon tea on lobby for hotel guests every 5-7pm if I am correct. And hotel also connect to Epiwalk mall, a small mall but there is a supermarket on B1 and plenty restaurant.
Overall The Grove Suite by Grand Aston is recommended especially for family or business.
