The hotel is located along a busy road, Jalan Raya Bogor, and is a short walk to Lippo Mall Kramat Jati (less than 10 minutes). Our room was situated in a quiet part of the hotel. It was neat and clean, with windows as per our request. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and both were clean. In most hotels we stay at, the sink is inside the bathroom, but in this room it was outside. However, it was large and spacious, with ample storage underneath. The beds were quite comfortable. The lighting in the room was rather dim, though, so this could perhaps be improved in the future.

The hotel has great views in the room, dining areas etc... Areas needed improvement are: 1. The sachets of coffee, sugar, creamer etc...need greater differentiation. The fine prints on the sachets can be easily overlooked by customers. either use different colored packagings or have bigger font prints to indicate sugar, coffee, brown sugar etc... 2. the In-dining room call button was not picked up whenever being call. This frustrates travellers who may be tired and needed in-room dining and the call is not getting through 3. There is not enough food servers at the breakfast spread counter. When the breakfast starts around 6.30am, there is hardly anyone standing behind the counter of the egg counter (ie frying eggs), no one at the main table spread where the noodles are to be cooked ( or is it meant to be empty??, i don't know), Not enough ushers to serve tea or coffee . 4. There is very little variation of the food variety spread offered either during breakfast or even for in-room dining (through the hotel TV option). The food choices are the same 3 months ago and now. There is no new choices. It would be good to have greater variety of food options for in-room dining (thro TV menu) or even the breakfast buffet spread. 5. The housekeeping does not help to remove from the room the pots and cups from the in-room dining (after use). The pot and cups remain as it is in the room , unwashed and not cleared from room Overall, although the hotel is relatively new and clean, but there's service gaps throughout the who service cycle from the moment traveller step into the hotel to when they leave. Hope to see improvements in the areas mentioned above so that customer experience can be positive.

Can say one of the good hotel in southern jakarta.although supermarket a bit of walking distance but they still have room service to enjoy.since supermarket is distance I did request Mr. Asep one of the receptionist to buy me cigarettes.nice and humble staff infact all of the hotel staffs there are polite and helpful.shower provides hot and cold water with no problem at all.for Muslim who do prayer can go to very near mosque.minus point only Azka hotel is along the street and of course noises from the vehicle can heard clearly. Azka hotel is worth the price.

El hotel es muy conveniente porque se encuentra a sólo 4 minutos a pie de la estación Halim Whoosh. Es perfecto si quieres atrapar el tren Whoosh a principios de la mañana. La habitación era limpia y cómoda. El hotel dispone de aire acondicionado, TV y baño privado con ducha caliente. La cama estaba cómoda y podía descansar bien después de un largo viaje. El hotel es simple, no de lujo, pero lo suficientemente bueno para una estancia o tránsito corto. En general, recomiendo este hotel si desea un lugar cómodo y asequible cerca de la estación Halim Whoosh. 👍

Great location for both Whoosh high speed train and it takes about 30mins to Int'l airport by high way. The service is nice. However the facilities are a little bit old. The hotel should change the towels in the bathroom.

The receptionist is very helpful and good places to stay for a while

Everything was good but the bathroom. The bathroom was disappointing. The showerhead was moldy, and I even saw cockroaches on the floor. This really affected my overall experience. The hotel should improve its cleaning and maintenance standards.

Very nice room. Near to the main road. There are a few local restaurants at lv 1 & 5. Breakfast and wifi is ok. Table is big enough for working and comes with power point. Down side is no shopping mall within walking distance but have a convenient stall behind hotel. I had a room facing the main road, it could be a bit noisy from the motor cycle racing at night.
