As always, reception team superb! Have always been professional and helpful. Hskg team always delivers a clean & comfortable room. Dining team always on their feet to ensure the delicious bfast spread are always topped-up. The friendly Head Chef who was on Mgr On Duty interacted very well with us. Always will come back to Yello Hotel Batam.

Disfrutamos de nuestra estancia en Planet Holiday Hotel. Amablemente nos dejaron registrarnos temprano y la vista de la habitación tampoco estaba mal (se pueden ver las arenas de la bahía marina de Singapur desde el balcón). La habitación tiene un tamaño decente y el baño también está limpio. Sólo el secador de pelo estaba un poco débil. El desayuno era bastante limitado, pero no estaba tan mal.

Pacific Palace Hotel is well-located, offering a central base with easy access to popular spots like Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall, Grand Batam Mall, and the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are plenty of restaurants and food options nearby. A Morning Bakery is just a 5-minute walk away, perfect for an authentic local breakfast experience. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The unique cruise ship theme adds charm and provides several great Instagram-worthy photo spots. The hotel also features a pleasant swimming pool, and massage services are available at rates more affordable than many external spas. Staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.

This is a pleasant hotel located near Harbour Bay, although it is not within comfortable walking distance. The food and service were both very good. A special mention goes to the chef preparing the fried noodles—they were outstanding, and I would happily return just to enjoy that dish again. The guest room was comfortable, but the furniture showed noticeable signs of wear and would benefit from refurbishment or replacement. The swimming pool access felt a little unusual, as the entrance is located next to the restaurant, while the changing rooms are quite a distance away, making it less convenient for guests. The gym is spacious, which is a great feature. However, many of the machines were out of order, so maintaining or replacing the equipment would significantly improve the fitness facilities.

SERVICE WAS SUPERB - booked this short trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the team really went ABOVE AND BEYOND. We arrived slightly earlier than check in time and were prepared to wait but right from the getgo, Ayu who checked us in - was all smiles and even stepped out from behind her counter (she did not have to) to wish us a Happy Anniversary and to let us know that the hotel prepared a small surprise for us. We went to the room and were greeted with the LOVELIEST note and towel art, and mirror art which we could not even bear to wipe away by the lovely Amel. All the staff there were really very smiley right from the entrance all the way to housekeeping. Food in the hotel was great - room service as well as breakfast buffet. Breakfast was a mix of local food, indomie (!!!), eggs station and assortment of western and pastries too! My favourite was the fresh juices, tea and eggs station! It was a nice spread! Amel received us at breakfast on Day 2 and 3 and even prepared a special meal for us - it was really yummy and THOUGHTFUL and the icing on top was when the entire team came out to sing us a song (with a guitar and the full works :')) and the cake on Day 3! We are sold to come back to only 4 Points Sheraton Batam for life every time we visit because they really made us feel so so welcomed and special.

Value for money. Cleanliness needs to improve a bit on the floor sweeping. Some mosquito found in the room. Same. My friends on another room also faced mosquitos issue. But it's not a lot. Just a few. But it's important to improve on this.

I enjoyed the accessibility to Grand ESKA spa. The breakfast buffet was simple yet enjoyable and delicious. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Appreciated the front desk team for remembering us by face and asking how our day was daily. The hotel was refurbished. Even though old, the bed was good, firm and new and room was kept clean. The lift was rather dingy but it still got us up and down safely. Lastly, i personally enjoyed the quiet corners of the hotel. Loved the fact that our level was “child free” hence there werent kids shouting in rooms. I love children, but the hotel’s particular policy of no child in the room type we booked was pleasantly surprising. Will returned. Note: spa experience was on point too.
