UUsuario invitadoHotel is conveniently located next to Harbour Bay ferry terminal and Harbour Bay shopping mall. However it is a distance away from all the malls that people usually head to, so had to spend a bit more on the local transport. They have transport services to K3 Shopping mall (designated timing) and also to the nearby places (those within 3 minutes drive away type) - example Wey Wey Seafood.
Bath towels are provided, would be good if they do provide hand towels too. Overall a very comfortable hotel stay if you enjoy the peace and quiet away from the shopping malls.

LLML and travelI had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The highlight of my experience was definitely the excellent service provided by the staff, especially Dini and Willy. They were warm, attentive, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was comfortable.
I was also very pleased with the room — it was spacious, clean, and I was lucky to be given a beautiful sea view, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The main issue I encountered was with the water heater. The temperature was inconsistent — after setting it to a comfortable level, the water would suddenly turn very hot, then revert back, and this cycle kept repeating every few seconds. It made showering quite uncomfortable and is something that should be addressed.
Another point to note is the sound insulation. Noise from the KTV and the rooftop bar can be quite loud, especially at night, which may not be suitable for light sleepers.
Overall, it was a good experience thanks to the friendly staff and comfortable room, but addressing the water heater issue and improving sound insulation would make the stay much better.

UUsuario invitadoBest stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou.

UUsuario invitadoSERVICE WAS SUPERB - booked this short trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the team really went ABOVE AND BEYOND.
We arrived slightly earlier than check in time and were prepared to wait but right from the getgo, Ayu who checked us in - was all smiles and even stepped out from behind her counter (she did not have to) to wish us a Happy Anniversary and to let us know that the hotel prepared a small surprise for us. We went to the room and were greeted with the LOVELIEST note and towel art, and mirror art which we could not even bear to wipe away by the lovely Amel. All the staff there were really very smiley right from the entrance all the way to housekeeping.
Food in the hotel was great - room service as well as breakfast buffet. Breakfast was a mix of local food, indomie (!!!), eggs station and assortment of western and pastries too! My favourite was the fresh juices, tea and eggs station! It was a nice spread!
Amel received us at breakfast on Day 2 and 3 and even prepared a special meal for us - it was really yummy and THOUGHTFUL and the icing on top was when the entire team came out to sing us a song (with a guitar and the full works :')) and the cake on Day 3! We are sold to come back to only 4 Points Sheraton Batam for life every time we visit because they really made us feel so so welcomed and special.

HHamzah189Very clean and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The location, while close to a lot of places, was not accessible by foot. I prefer a place that I can simply walk out and enjoy the area. There were no footpaths outside the hotel. Not the hotel's fault of course. Overall, nice place to chill.

UUsuario anónimoI booked this hotel because it was newly opened, but only realized upon arrival that parts of the property were still undergoing construction. The gym was not yet operational, and several rooms remained closed for renovation.
During my two-night stay, there was a serious insect issue in the room, including mosquitoes, fruit flies, flies, and other insects. My friend was bitten multiple times during our stay. On the morning of the second day, I requested a room change, but was informed that the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available.
The staff assured me that they would arrange pest control treatment for the room, but no action appeared to have been taken. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the experience, especially given the lack of resolution despite raising the issue with the hotel.
