CChrysaWe booked 3 rooms forv6 pax. I am very pleased with the rooms and service.
Breakfast was good and varieties. Unfortunately, on the 6th day, I found a medium fly or bee in the vegetables. I showed to the staff serving foid but no response from them.
I was quite pleased when I entered the hotel. Unfortunately, I had lots of trauma with 4 cats jumping and appearing suddenly running across everywhere. One cat even keeps meowing at the door at night until I have to call the reception to take it away.
They should cage the cat or house them far fro. The front rather than let them run wild causing traumatic experience.
I would not want to stay at Sandalwood in future.

Kkokannie_Please take note : extra ticket needs to be paid to enter this forest reserved area which has not mentioned during booking. Payment has to be made when driver enter this area. But it’s only a one time payment on first entry.
This area is serene but not on raining day.
They should have install a lamp on its outdoor resting area because there is the only place for food, and chill at night. Without lamp installation, it’s real dark. Kinda like dining in the dark. Else, please prepare your own portable lamp.
Please bring an umbrella along as the weather is unexpected.
The customer service is slow and I got stuck when I needed customer service. They only available on trip.com chat box and bobobox chat box.
Food ordering takes around an hour to arrive after ordered and paid.
2 nights was just enough to explore this whole place and places nearby.
A place to actually keep phones away and be with nature.

Realmente aprecia la hospitalidad y para que intenten y nos deje comprobar antes de que nos queden a descansar mientras esperamos que el resto parar
La habitación es espaciosa, limpia, agradable vista con un bonito pequeño balcón.
El único desventaja es si usted es un introvert y sería de vuelta al hotel temprano tendrá que lidiar con Karaoke session(graciadamente no suena mal) hasta alrededor de las 10pm y después de que hay un grupo de personas bbq-ing abajo con música ( tal vez no Sea un asunto cotidiano), así que si usted es un dormitorio ligero puede pedir la habitación LVL superior frente al otro lado.

IiphuriosThe room is very spacious! It has living room space, balcony space, and bedroom. Each room have one independent car park, very convenient if you come driving.
The cleanliness level is poor, the towel is mouldy, the bedsheet have some stains, but the floor is mopped properly.
Amenities are minimum, they provide tiny bar soap and very tiny shampoo bottle. No toothbrush or tooth paste. Instead of water bottle, they only gave 200ml cup water.
The most annoying part is the water heater. It is only available from 7am-9:30am and 7pm-9:30pm, which is very inconvenient for a traveller like me.
The view is not bad. The family room (the most expensive) is at the bottom level, which makes it have the worst view of the garden. It also inconvenient as I need to climb the stairs every time I’m in or out of the room.
Other than that, location wise is good if you are going to Asia Africa or Farmhouse Lembang. I left my car at the hotel and walk to these two places.

Lo desagradable es la sección Resto. Siempre algunas veces aquí. El menú de desayuno es siempre igual. Es verdad 2 la misma. Estoy hasta el mostaza. La variedad y el sabor son muy deficientes.
Más Acción de los empleados de Resto no es amigable. Menos sonrisa, y sobrevalorado en ver los huéspedes comer. Woi baa hemos pagado un suplemento para niños que no son baratos, sí 75K / niños con un menú muy sencillo. Quizás sea una entrenamiento para la hospitalidad de nuevo, y el chef ayuda a hacer una variedad de menús, para que los huéspedes no se aburren.
Para la Oficina del Frente, Seguridad, Ayuda están todos bien y amigables.

Breakfast Food is just fried rice with omelet or chicken and tea, not much options available for breakfast... Hotel has no AC in most of the rooms. Provided hot water facility. Hotel is located in outer of lembang that's why very close to many champing areas and forest areas... Just a Budget hotel.

MMeldbbyWe made a last-minute booking at Nirwana Lembang, and it turned out to be totally worth it. Even with the sudden plan, the price was reasonable for what we got, so overall it felt like good value for money. The place is very family-friendly, with a cozy atmosphere and plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the cool Lembang weather.
One of the highlights for us was the swimming pool it’s spacious, clean, and perfect for families. The garden area is also suitable for gatherings, whether for big family trips or small group events. Overall, it was a satisfying stay, especially considering it was a last-minute booking, and we would definitely consider coming back for another family getaway.

UUsuario anónimoIt was our second time and it worse. The tent had holes so we asked for tapes to cover it — to avoid leak if it rains. The blanket was ragged, pillows are smelly. Good thing that night wasn’t rainy bcos in the morning it was raining and we suddenly had a pool inside our tent. Our first time we got free upgrade to luxury tent and it was good. We were so surprised that the superior tent we got was that bad.

so better ask the property 1st before you book. Breakfast is nice. not many options but it's good. location a bit far from the city and challenging. The room was good.
