It was my first time staying at this hotel, and the location is very strategic. The receptionist was kind and welcoming, which made the check-in experience pleasant. During Ramadan, they kindly arranged for breakfast to be delivered to my room as requested, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, and overall the stay was very comfortable. I would definitely come back for a short stay in Bogor..yes it’s highly recommended.

Fave is a solid choice for budget travelers. The hotel in Padjajaran, Bandung is clean, and the staff are super friendly. Breakfast has a good variety of Indonesian dishes, with a few Western options. The location is great—Botani Mall is just around the corner. A couple of things to note: there’s no fridge in the room, and the shower area isn’t separated from the toilet, so it can get wet. It’s manageable, but if that bothers you, consider paying a bit more for a different setup.

Location is very central behind McD Bogor Botanical Garden. There is BTM mall just beside. Deluxe room is small but clean. Water heater works well. Pool size is ok for kids but the water is very cold. We opted room without breakfast so can't comment on d food. Breakfast is 100k per pax. Room twin bed is 120cm each. There is small fridge. But no hairdryer. I think the room is just lacking of space for putting things. If they put the tv on the wall it will be better

This hotel surpassed our expectations for the price point. Hairdryer may be requested. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I do like that the sink is located outside bathroom.

Second time staying at this hotel, and I still really enjoy it. It remains one of my favorite places in Bogor city. I checked in quite late and was first given a room at the back of the hotel, far from the lift, and it was not very comfortable. I called the receptionist and asked if it was possible to change to a room closer to the lift, and thankfully they helped me right away. Thank you for the great service. This hotel is also really close to Botani Mall, only a 1-minute walk away, which makes it very convenient. The swimming is amazing small but beautiful views even u can see the mountains of Salak. The breakfast was great as always, although unfortunately I missed the traditional herbal drink, Jamu. Overall, we will definitely come back again and hopefully next time we can enjoy the Jamu too.

I'm not sure how this hotel is considered a 4 start hotel. Although the customer service was nice but overall I had a horrible experience. When I got to the room, the bathroom was not clean, and I wish I had taken photos. The AC was not working. We contacted reception to come and fix it. At 2 a.m., while I was sleeping, I woke up sweating from the heat even though I had the AC on. Turned out the electricity was turned off and again I had to contact reception again. They came and fixed it. Up until then, I hadn't even said anything. When I got back to the hotel room on the same day, the door keypad was not working. I went down to reception to get another keypad, which opened the door but was not working for the electricity. I contacted service again and they came and suggested we go to another room. In the second room, we also had several issues. Our bathroom door was locked unexpectedly, the phone was not working, and the bidet screw was broken. Unfortunately, that's such a disappointment. Will never go back there and definitely do not recommend it.

Good: - Friendly staff, quickly replaced my sheets after mentioning the stained sheets. - Daily water bottles. - Good location (close to Botanical Gardens, Indomaret). - Quiet. - Comfortable mattress. Could be better: - The air conditioning works well, but it's very loud. - The pillows take a few nights to get used to because they're very thick/high. Also they heat up very very fast, so I needed to cover it with a towel. Bad: - Lots of stains on the mattress cover and blankets. Also the towels could look fresher than they did. - It takes ages to get hot water for a shower. - Water pressure is highly irregular.

Cozy buat yang pingin santai setelah rutinitas, apalagi warga di luar Bogor. Worth it lah, lokasinya, kamarnya, suasananya. Kebetulan pilih kamar yg suasananya tenang.. Tipe Mezzanine Suite... Beneran full istirahat... Next ya balik kesini lagi. Ma'aacih Azana Essence Sanggarbuana yang udah jadi salah satu best hotel nyaman. Recomended 😍🥰

Location: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity. Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor. Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!
