Uno de los mejores hoteles que amo allí. Son tan grandes que estuve allí dos veces en mi cumpleaños, me sorprendió tanto con torta y velas. Son tan útiles. Para mí ese lugar es cinco estrellas.

Good location halfway between the port/train station and the centre of Banyuwangi, however, if you arrive on the ferry like us Grab taxi drivers won't pick up from this area, we had to walk 200-300 metres from the port to meet our driver. Hotel is new, well-designed, very clean, with nice pool, gym, top floor lounge & bar. Room and bed were huge, very comfortable, with views towards Bali, and we enjoyed our two-night stay very much. Staff were charming and professional, we particularly appreciated Moza (I think that was her name, apologies if not correct) who checked us in & out, and also arranged the Ijen Crater tour for us including the medical check with a local doctor. Another young lady at reception also helped us book train tickets for our onward journey to Probolinggo using the tiket app. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of freshly cooked western and asian options, however, food at other times was average such as the salad & pizza in the photographs, and drinks in the lounge bar very expensive. We recommend taking a short taxi ride to the small restaurants on the coast near the fish market where you can get excellent fresh fish grilled for the same price as the hotel pizza, with a better atmosphere and local colour. We would definitely stay here again, an excellent hotel, great value for money including the breakfast, and we also appreciated the filtered water dispensers on every floor that removed the need for plastic bottles in the room - why don't more hotels offer such a simple way of reducing plastic? Highly recommend.

There are so much to critisize about Dialoog for booking a suite room. From the first time we arrived that we can't use too much hot water, because it only provides for two people when I was bringing 2 children so we have to wait for some time to refill the hot water tank. And for a suite they don't have a refrigerator in the room. The amenities very standard, only dental kit. The room itself so spacious, and we got the sea view which was super nice.
The facilities are complete, spa room, gym with equiped tools, the infinity swimming pool also nice and clean. The surrounding view was the best!
And here come the not so good part, the breakfast experience. As the biggest resort in town, the breakfast variations was very limited! Because after this hotel I moved to another hotel, Dialoog breakfast can't even compare to them. The taste wa so so. They only provide black coffee, and when my husband wanted a cup of latte we have to pay for extra price which in another hotel we got it for free. And it's standard in 4-5 stars hotel. Only a black coffee when we pay 3 million/day for a suite. They don't put the juices in jar, but as per request they poured it for us in a small glass, and the variation of juices only papaya, watermelon, and melon. Super standard food variation. You can have it all you can drink was tea , water, and coffee 😁 It was peak season and I don't impressed at all with the food.
At least I was amazed by the views and the resort. So it covered my dissapointment of hotel experience. Will I come back again to this hotel? NO! It wasn't worth the price trust me, unless ypu choose this hotel ONLY for the views.

Несмотря на то что отель был полупустой, нас заселили в самый дальний корпус. Номер был очень «уставший», ему давно нужен ремонт. Стены в пятнах, плохой запах, поломанная сантехника. До этого жил в другом корпусе, номер был очень комфортным. Территория отеля большая, можно прогуляться. Персонал вниматеный. Но проживание в этот раз было ужасным. Позавтракали и сразу уехали.

UUsuario invitadoOuf, what a hidden gem! The bungalows at Purwa Ijen are top-notch, offering an amazing value for money. It is located in a super authentic, small and peaceful village with beautiful views and lush vegetation (besides all the rice fields). Our highlight was the breakfast, where we got the best smoothie bowl on our whole trip through Indonesia. The Ijen tour (500K) was also an unbeatable price. Transfer to the Bali ferry for 200K was also affordable. We especially loved the spacious bathroom and the comfy terrace with jungle and ricefield view. IMHO Purwa Ijen is one of the best value accommodation you can find in the Ijen area, highly recommended. WiFi also worked like a breeze.

The location is inside a housing complex, quite far from the main street to walk to some store.. But it's quiet, good for resting. I accidentally selected the wrong date, and when I tried to change the reservation, it turned out that there were no available rooms on the day I needed. The cancellation policy was too strict, resulting in me losing money even though I didn't physically use the hotel's services.
Despite not being able to evaluate the hotel myself, my friends who had previously stayed there spoke very highly of it. They noted the comfort and convenience of the accommodation, and also mentioned that the hotel offers trips to Mount Ijen, which is a significant advantage for travelers.
Overall, although my impression was marred by an unfortunate booking experience, I hope other guests can avoid such situations and enjoy their stay at this hotel.

No hay ascensor, pero no hay preocupación, nos ayudan a llevar nuestra equipaje al segundo piso.
La piscina no es demasiado grande, sino limpia y agradable.
La habitación es muy buena si quieres evitar la situación de la gente durante tu estancia.
No hay cafetera disponible en la habitación. Si necesitas una bebida caliente, ofrecen café y té caliente gratis, en el rincón del restaurante.

If you need internet for work G Land area is not good. In all surf camps nearby and wifi for video calling or stable sockets. Mobile network is the same. Closest village with good internet is located in 1 hour road from g land. We left this place 1 day before than our booking is expired because of bad internet.
If you on your own transport you have to show your reservation in alas purwo national park. Otherwise it’s forbidden to enter park on your own transport.
The food is good for surfers. You accumulate it during your stay and pay at the end. The dormitory room looks simple and clean (you have to go to toilet outside in 30 seconds). There are loads of monkeys in the area: be careful during your breakfast, they could easily catch your milkshake or so. Staff spend some time to deal with monkeys.
They have transfer with boat to surf spots. If you want to paddle in beach is just 100 meters away.
Many animals are nearby: I saw deers, boars, monkeys. There are some gossips about tigers.
