The check in process was very easy, just took us some time to find the place because we thought it is separated from the pub but the reception is actually right in it so just walk straight in! Room was very cozy and equipped, very thoughtful to provide us with all the basic amenities plus additional items such as water, beer, milk, chocolate, coffee for coffee machine and even a postcard! Staff was really friendly and helpful as well. The breakfast was also really amazing - you get to choose a main and a drink from their breakfast menu on top of a mini buffet spread that offered some really good pastries, salamis, cheese and more, so be sure to leave some extra time in the morning to enjoy it! However, there was a club opposite the place that was opened slightly pass midnight when we were there and if you're a light sleeper be sure to pack some ear plugs to go to sleep early. One of the corners of the wall also had a slight mold issue because the condensation from the bathroom must have caused that in the long run but it shouldn't be a huge concern though it will be nice if that gets fixed!

Nos hemos quedado en el Leonardo Royal Grand Harbour Hotel por tercera vez y continuamos disfrutando de una experiencia constantemente maravillosa. Friendly service by everyone we met. Ladies on reception took special care of my 2 year old when we entered and gave her an Easter colouring activity whilst we checked in. Rooms are basic but ok. Bed is huge and very comfy. Air con doesn't circulate very well at all, under it, freezing, in the bed I'm boiling. Also what's the deal with no fridge in the room? Restaurant is ok, bit over priced for what it is really and it was a sunny day and so, so so hot.its only April and I was sweating! Could do with some air con or circulating air in there. Nice location though, if your a cricket fan you'll love it and opposite a golf course so nice view that side too. Have stayed before and will again

I recently stayed at Elizabeth House Hotel in Southampton and had a very pleasant experience. The building has a charming, traditional feel with well-maintained interiors that give it a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and happy to help with anything we needed, which really added to the overall experience. Our room was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished, with all the essential amenities. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well each night. The breakfast was another highlight – freshly cooked and served with a smile. There was a good variety of hot and cold options, and everything tasted great. The location is convenient – just a short drive from the city centre and the cruise terminal, with free parking on-site, which was a big bonus. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that some parts of the decor could use a bit of modernizing, and the bathroom in our room was slightly dated. However, everything worked well, and it didn’t detract much from the overall experience. Would definitely recommend Elizabeth House Hotel to anyone looking for a friendly, comfortable, and reasonably priced place to stay in Southampton!

Por el precio que estaba bien, pero si estaba pagando más no me impresionaría la cama y las toallas estaban fijadas en la barra de hilos había un gran agujero abajo la sección de la cubierta de la duvet la puerta de la toalla en el dormitorio tenía un panel de vidrio congelado en él que no era muy Lindo para mi hija el desayuno cocido fue nadar en grasa Hay costos adicionales cuando reservas en el estacionamiento que tienes que pagar y ellos tomar un depósito en la habitación que deja su cuenta en contra de lo que dice el hotel es devuelto rápidamente ¡Pero no hay otro hotel en Southampton y de un estándar de alquiler que la estrella! Considering years ago this was one of the poshest hotels in Southampton it is not now it’s tired and run on a shoe string the price I paid was right for the standard clean the staff were ok but the place is in need of a revamp especially the glass panel in la puerta de baño también vigila los costes ocultos

Lovely hotel, beautiful grounds. Feels like you're well outside Southampton but are only 15 mins away. (Daughter in Uni there) Room was nice, we had exec but this isn't worth it to me. It only gives you a better coffee machine and we weren't in the room enough to use it. Save the £20. No lifts so cases up to the third floor was a bit of a pain. If you're waiting for a ferry and have lots of cases then this could be an issue. We saw a few people struggle with this. Breakfast was good, staff very friendly. We didn't eat there in the evening, burgers and chips sort of menu but the nearby pub, Chilworth Arms was really good. The pool is great, small (16m) but very nice with jacuzzi, steam and sauna. Towels provided. Staff very friendly. Pool surrounding has quite slippery tiles though. Leisure facility is a bit away from the hotel, only 300 hundred meters from the hotel front but enough to need an umbrella if raining. All in all, a good value pleasant hotel. Much cheaper than Leonardo's in Soton and still close to Uni etc.

No me quedaré en el hotel, no me quedaré en ningún lugar sin recepción. Llamé al gerente que tomó edad para responder al teléfono y no me creyó, finalmente aceptaba y se negó a dejarme tener una puerta pasada pensé que dormiría en la cocina, pero después de un tiempo me envió un correo electrónico que me pidió que enviése en un La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer.

Pasamos la noche antes de embarcar de crucero desde Southampton y ha sido una buena elección. Situado en la autopista, cerca de una zona de restauración de servicio, aparcamiento justo en la puerta. Habitación cómoda para 2 adultos y 2 niños. Bien relación calidad precio.

The hotel is in a great, quiet location and it is a very beautiful building. The room was clean and pleasant, but it wasn't quite what I expected. Through Trip I thought I had booked one room up from the smallest option, but alas turns out I had not! The bed was also advertised as a standard double, it definitely is not in the smaller rooms, it is a small double, and this made sleeping for two a little uncomfortable. The room was also very hot even though we turned the radiator off and had the window open all night but I think this is just due to it being an older building, heat rises etc. The pool room really needs TLC. It is very overlooked and we felt really lets the hotel down. It's shame as it's a lovely space - even a quick lick of paint would bring it back to life if money doesn't allow for larger maintenance. Staff were all very friendly, especially the two we were served by in the restaurant for dinner. The food was okay but a little over priced but the service made up for that. All in all for a quick overnight stop it was fine.
