LLucy KendrickI have stayed at The Pullman before and had no issues, however this time we were not overly impressed. I paid for a king room, but when it came to the evening we soon discovered we had been placed in a room with a zip lock bed which had not been connected, causing there to be an uncomfortable and noticeable gap between the 2 singles. There was also dried blood on the sheets. We spoke to reception and we were offered an alternative room with a king sized bed. Unfortunately, the room we were placed in was directly above the arena where a rave was taking place meaning the bass reverberated around the whole room until approx 11pm. We had been out for a meal on the docks, and upon returning to the hotel we were met with rave goers slumped in the doorway, and a guy urinating outside one of the entrances, as well as groups fighting directly outside and gathering in the hotel bar/foyer. Not a great experience at all!

UUsuario invitadoEl personal fue muy atento y amable. El registro fue muy sencillo. Un buen bar para tomar algo. El ambiente era fácil de encontrar. Sin embargo, el aparcamiento era caro. Pero había un aparcamiento más barato a pocos minutos a pie.

UUsuario invitadoDesde Glasgow hasta Liverpool, el hotel estaba impecable y quedamos muy satisfechos. Durante nuestro viaje de 16 días por el Reino Unido, cada hotel fue muy cómodo. Este en Liverpool, además, es muy conveniente por su ubicación; justo abajo está la entrada del metro y se puede llegar al puerto en unos 10 minutos. Se puede ir a New Brighton. Enfrente hay un restaurante occidental con una excelente relación calidad-precio (no recuerdo el nombre), pero siempre está lleno, así que hay que ir temprano.

CClaire.BStayed one night with my daughter for my birthday. The hotel is very central and the reception staff were welcoming. Our room was large and modern, but extremely dark, if you plan on doing makeup, it might be worth bringing a lighted mirror. I had requested a quiet room and was placed at the back, but unfortunately there was a constant noise that sounded like a generator, as well as the sound of glass bottles being emptied somewhere. Some guests also returned around 4 a.m., so I was lucky if I got an hour of sleep. That said, I would still stay again.

UUsuario invitadoEstaba limpio y ordenado, y la televisión tenía una gran selección. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. Nos pusieron en la quinta planta y tuvimos que coger dos ascensores para llegar a nuestra habitación. No era muy accesible, era como un laberinto. No había menaje para preparar té/café ni hervidor de agua. El agua caliente no funcionaba y cobraban 2 libras por las bebidas calientes. Fue muy práctico tener un Greggs al lado. El cabecero se cayó de la pared; no me quejé, pero la tabla de madera con clavos podría habernos hecho daño. Casi nos cayó en la cabeza mientras veíamos la televisión. Agradeceríamos que nos regalaran algo o nos dieran un descuento en la próxima estancia.

UUsuario invitadoThe Crowne Plaza Liverpool Airport was clean throughout, very comfortable bedrooms (We had a double bed in one room 003 and 2 doubles in another 049). Staff were very friendly and helpful.  Food: We had food in the restaurant area on the first night. 2 of us opted for the tuna and one for the ribeye steak. The steak was beautiful. The tuna had to go back for extra cooking as they were both still swimming. Apparently there was an ‘agency chef’ in the kitchen. Tuna was very tasty when we got it back.  We would all definitely stay again the next time we visit Liverpool.

Breakfast was great, with fresh fruit, homemade baked bread and a good selection of hot and cold options. The White Bar was a great place for food and drinks. Staff very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

At £126.90 plus a small £4.80 property fee, it offered excellent value for a city center experience. The location at 46-48 Foley Street puts you right in the heart of Liverpool, which was perfect for my mini-break. Being centrally located meant I could easily walk to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas without relying on transportation. The vibrant city atmosphere was right on my doorstep! I stayed from **Thursday, August 7 to Saturday, August 9, 2025** — a perfect two-night city escape. Check-in after 3 PM was smooth and welcoming, and the 11 AM check-out time was standard and convenient. The staff were helpful and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself (which I could see in the booking thumbnail) had a classic Liverpool charm about it. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed for a pleasant stay. While not ultra-luxurious, it was well-maintained and provided a cozy base for exploring the city. What I appreciated was the **transparent pricing** — I knew exactly what I was paying upfront (£126.90) and what I'd need to pay at the property (just £4.80). The Trip.com booking process was straightforward, and having their price match and stay guarantee gave me extra confidence in my booking. The app's ”Message Property” and ”Call Property” features came in handy when I needed some local recommendations. The ”Manage Booking” function made it easy to keep all my travel details organized in one place. Is it a five-star luxury hotel? No, but it doesn't claim to be. Phoenix Hotel Liverpool delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, well-located place to stay at a reasonable price point that lets you experience the best of Liverpool without breaking the bank. **Would I recommend it?** Absolutely! If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in Liverpool with good amenities and friendly service, this place ticks all the boxes. Perfect for weekend city breaks, concert-goers, or anyone wanting to soak up Liverpool's vibrant atmosphere.
