Hoteles cerca de Parque Alexandra, Bath

Esta es mi primera reserva de hotel con Trip y debo decir que al principio tenía mis dudas sobre si se procesaría. Por suerte, el hotel recibió la confirmación. Solo tuve que decirle mi apellido a la recepcionista y pudieron localizarme en su sistema. Nos ofrecieron galletas de cortesía, que estaban riquísimas. La cama de la habitación doble era más pequeña de lo esperado, pero aun así era suficiente para dos adultos. Las habitaciones no están muy insonorizadas, así que se oyen los coches de la calle si te toca la que da a la ciudad. Pero si no eres muy sensible al ruido, es tolerable. El gimnasio, abierto las 24 horas, estaba bastante bien equipado para su capacidad. Tenían toallas, toallitas desinfectantes y dispensador de agua. El desayuno del hotel también estuvo muy bien. El restaurante tenía una buena vista. En general, ¡la estancia fue una ganga! Volvería a usar Trip.com.

Fantastic hotel. Luxurious but homely. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff and could happily have stayed longer. Our room, like the whole hotel, was beautifully furnished and decorated, with a very comfortable bed and lovely walk-in shower. The record player was a lovely, quirky touch as well as the pantry! We enjoyed some very nice cocktails in the bar too. The location is perfect and it's just a few minutes walk to the city centre. We loved everything about the hotel and will definitely be back!

Perfect spot for exploring Bath, very central and easy to walk to the station, shops and attractions. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything we needed, and felt secure in the lovely courtyard. We extended our stay as we felt so at home there. There looked to be a secure left luggage store which we may have used if we’d seen it earlier. Would be useful to have info about this in the apartment info pack. There is some noise from the street for apartment 7, partly from early deliveries to Thermae Spa which is directly opposite, and also from people wandering through the echoey passageways at night. We got used to it by the end of our stay, but light sleepers might prefer one of the inward facing apartments.

Central location helps to overcome the cramped feeling staying in the annexe. The car was parked at the other end of town and drop off was difficult to say the least but it is what it is. I had no reason whatsoever to check out the main building reception, breakfast area perhaps a bar and lounge area too because nothing pointed me there! So generally, it was a room in a loft space built to an ”average” measure. I never like shower cubicles where I tend to bang elbows and worry about breaking something when I drop the soap. Breakfast price was horrendous so no inclination to walk in on the hop to check it out for the 2 nights stayed. I felt detached, cramped and in a bed-sit like accommodation. It is what it is.

Located on a hill top outside the Bath city, the hotel provides what we needed for one night's stay. The only shirtcoming is we had to drive into the city for dinner as we wanted something different from what the hotel restaurant provided. Apart from the location, we were happy with our stay.

Attended on Tuesday 27th Feb. Paid a little extra for room with a bath as like the couple ****** we are, we wanted a bath in Bath. My wife's first time ever visiting here. The hotel is a lovely setting, there is history here and all the staff have been wonderful. Close to the station, literally in front of it, and close to everything. Had the great pleasure of having many encounters with Tim, one of the reception staff and I believe concierges. Super pleasant and always helpful. We had breakfast included and after having that this morning can honestly say it's bang for your buck, with hot food to order including steak and eggs, (best steak my wife has had in the UK), a breakfast grill and a selection of others plus a typical selection of baked goods and fruits. The bar is pleasant and we enjoyed drinks last night before heading up to our room. Strawberry daiquiri we have had many times but the Amaretto sour was an interesting twist with a strong lemon zest. The only downside to the visit would be the bath/shower experience. Lukewarm bath and cold shower when we attempted it last night. This morning we got hot water for a total of ten mins to share before it went cold again. Not the worst thing all in all but a downside considering the extra pricing for a bathtub room. I was however assured that had I brought it to the desks attention I would have been assisted and I had just done the British thing of not wanting to fuss. One last perk that made an impact to me; free luggage storage. We checked out early so we could make the best of our time exploring Bath before we ride home. We were offered free luggage storage for even after we checked out so we could come back in quick before our train at 3pm and grab our bags and go, no extra charge. Fantastically useful as the Abbey tour does not allow luggage inside and we wanted to go. Anyway, thank you to Tim and all the staff at The Royal for making us feel welcomed and our time there special, we will definitely be coming back someday soon and will stay again. - Liam and Jenny Stephenson, Room 109. La habitación doble es realmente bonita, fue renovada en una casa señorial en el siglo pasado. Muy limpio, muy tranquilo y muy seguro. No se parece en nada al albergue juvenil que imaginabas.

Excelente ubicación, personal súper amable (nos ofrecieron check-in temprano gratis y descuento en el desayuno por reservar a última hora). Habitaciones preciosas, bonitas y espaciosas, desayuno increíble.

Reception staff are very friendly warm welcome, room size is ok, bathroom is reasonable but separate taps is an issue should be a mixer tap for both hot and cold water, Great parking space, breakfast is very nice I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable on our last of breakfast the previous day i had spoken to supervisor of the day to see if they make or buy the mini Crossaints as i wanted to buy a few to take home to my sons, i was informed this is a buffet so im welcome to take as many as i want and as tomorrow is my last day i can take these fresh then, they had no problem in me doing this so on my last day i spoke to the supervisor who said he was informed re this but he doesn't allow this and spoke down to me which made me very uncomfortable as there were other guests there and if it was an issue the supervisor previous day wouldn't have said its ok and that they have done this for other guests, He then said he will not allow me to many but will give me a couple and gave me 3 in a box, i felt very embarrassed and little in that space of time, the way he spoke and his tone was not nice i felt very let down on my last day and this has left me a negative impression

Stayed at Wentworth House for one night. The location was handy — only about a 6 or 7-minute taxi ride into the centre of Bath. Parking on site was free, which is always a bonus, though spaces were limited. The shower worked fine with good hot water, and at £120 a night for three people, the price wasn’t unreasonable for Bath. On the downside, the place is very dated and could do with some serious modernisation. Our room had a noticeable damp smell and the single-glazed windows didn’t help keep the room warm or quiet. I can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat there, but overall, it’s an okay option if you just need somewhere for a night and aren’t too fussy — though a refresh would really lift the place.
