I had a great stay at Hyatt Place Leeds. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The room was spacious with a comfy bed, and everything was spotless. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast had a good variety and was fresh every morning. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city centre and local attractions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Leeds.

We arrived by train so it was crucial that it was literally a few minutes walk from the railway station and it was in the city centre which was ideal for us. Gino D'Acampo restaurant was good quality at reasonable price. Room was spacious and quiet. It had a safe, large TV, tea/coffee, refrigerator, walk in shower (no climbing over a bath) Minimal contact with staff but where we did interact they were pleasant, polite and helpful.

Lovely overnight stay at Queens for a concert in the city. Location is ideal (attached to the train station). Excellent, friendly staff. Did online check in before arrival which made it quick and simple to collect key card from the reception. The room was spacious and clean with everything you’d need. Limited noise from outside even though the hotel is slap bang in the city centre. Would stay again.

Se está convirtiendo rápidamente en mi hotel favorito en Leeds. Está a menos de 10 minutos a pie de la estación y a 10 minutos del centro. El personal es estupendo, hospitalario y muy atento. Probablemente la cama más cómoda en la que he dormido.

Great location,very quiet peaceful area beautiful room and very clean I lived it . But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution.

Este es un hotel económico muy bueno, con una ubicación conveniente para ir a Leeds y a la M1. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño, con una cama cómoda y el baño tiene una ducha decente. El hotel y la habitación están limpios y el personal es amable y servicial. El único aspecto negativo (menor) es que la iluminación de la habitación podría ser un poco más brillante. En general, es un excelente lugar para alojarse.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro de la ciudad, muy tranquila y el entorno que lo rodea es hermoso. Me gusta y me quedaré aquí la próxima vez. Después de este viaje al Reino Unido, me enamoré de esta marca de hotel.

El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de autobuses, lo que es lo más importante. Muy amable y agradable personal, alojamiento y siempre hay alguien en el escritorio cuando necesita algo. El lugar es limpio, un poco viejo pero todavía cómodo para dormir con. Mi niño es tan feliz, aunque llueve todo el tiempo de visita. El único lado de la calle no es un cocinero para agua caliente cuando queremos una bebida caliente. Pero nuestra estadía es una experiencia agradable para nosotros.

Good front office team and very helpful throughout my stay. I accidentally left my suit behind, and I hope they will kindly arrange to send it back, as I have already organised the postage. Overall, a really good team. A special mention to the chef in the kitchen, who clearly enjoys looking after guests and making sure everyone is well fed. Great service and a lovely team.
