Me quedé una noche debido a que mi vuelo fue cancelado. Dormí bien, estaba limpio el hotel.

La recepción del hotel es muy acogedora, la habitación es bastante grande y el transporte es conveniente.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Maison Albar Hotels Le Victoria. Upon arrival, we were thoughtfully upgraded to a single-occupancy room for our 3-night stay, as the twin room category was fully booked — a gesture we really appreciated. The room itself was exceptional. The mattress and pillows were among the most comfortable we’ve experienced, ensuring a great night’s rest throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the balcony, which added a relaxing touch to the overall experience. The service was outstanding — attentive, warm, and consistently professional. The team truly made us feel well taken care of. Location-wise, it is perfectly positioned in the heart of the city. Luxury boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Balenciaga are just a few steps away, with many other shops and attractions within easy walking distance — extremely convenient for both shopping and exploring. The only area for improvement would be the gym facilities, which are relatively limited. However, we easily found a well-equipped local gym just a 2-minute walk away, offering a great alternative with a more complete setup and lively atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic stay with comfort, service, and location all coming together beautifully. We would definitely return. ✨

Tuvimos una estadía maravillosa. El personal fue amable y atento, y la habitación estaba limpia y tenía vistas fantásticas. Las comodidades, incluida la piscina y las opciones para comer, eran excelentes, y la ubicación era conveniente para explorar la zona.

El hotel es muy bonito por dentro. El tipo de habitación que reservé no tiene balcón. La habitación es pequeña y el baño no es pequeño. Hay una pendiente cuesta abajo obvia desde la cama hasta la puerta. se mudó por primera vez. La maleta no se puede abrir completamente. Pero mirar el paisaje fuera de la ventana perdona al mundo entero. Tomé algunos desayunos y los croissants estaban deliciosos. Había un camarero rubio muy lindo en el restaurante. La ubicación del hotel también es adecuada. Coger un Uber desde el aeropuerto cuesta unos 20 euros y se tarda unos 20 minutos andando lentamente hasta la estación de tren. Cuando me fui, dejé algo en la habitación a toda prisa, así que le pedí a la señora de servicio al cliente de Ctrip que me ayudara a comunicarse conmigo y finalmente dejé que un amigo recogiera el artículo. Fantásticas vacaciones en una ubicación cerca de la playa. La habitación era muy amplia e incluso tenía acceso directo a la terraza compartida. El personal era muy amable y servicial y el desayuno también era excelente. Sin duda recomendaríamos este hotel y nos alojaríamos aquí de nuevo.

Recientemente tuve la oportunidad de alojarme en un hotel Best Western por primera vez y debo admitir que mis expectativas no eran muy altas al principio, dado que se trata de un establecimiento de 3 estrellas. Sin embargo, me llevé una agradable sorpresa y me impresionó profundamente el nivel de servicio al cliente que me brindaron durante mi estadía. Desde el momento en que hice el check-in en un día lluvioso en Niza, las comodidades del hotel, como los paraguas para los huéspedes y la cálida disponibilidad de café y té, marcaron una diferencia significativa. Estos pequeños gestos de hospitalidad no solo fueron prácticos, sino que también se agradecen profundamente. Sin embargo, lo que realmente diferenció esta experiencia fue el servicio excepcional del personal de recepción. Siempre fueron serviciales y mantuvieron una actitud alegre, lo que mejoró enormemente el ambiente general del hotel. Su asistencia y actitud agradable hicieron que mi estadía y la zona fueran mucho más fáciles y agradables. A pesar de mis reservas iniciales, Best Western logró superar mis expectativas y me brindó una estadía realmente placentera. La combinación de un servicio atento, comodidades útiles y un ambiente acogedor ha cambiado por completo mi perspectiva sobre lo que puede ofrecer un hotel de 3 estrellas. Recomendaría con gusto este hotel a cualquiera que busque una estadía cómoda y agradable, y espero con ansias mi próxima visita.

El precio era justo y la calidad también. Sin embargo, está muy cerca de la estación de tren de Niza Ville.

My father had booked this hotel for my best friend and I for an early birthday celebration. All staff were super nice and friendly, extremely welcoming and polite. On another note, we’re thankful to have had a private room with our own bathroom but our bathroom was slightly questionable. There was this odour coming from somewhere in the bathroom, it smelled of a public bathroom aka if smells of piss all over as if the pipes had leaked or someone had peed all over the bathroom (not saying that it happened). Along with it, our shower had some suspicious black stains, the shower curtain seemed to have had some mold on it but we are uncertain about it. With it, my friend’s bed somehow had a bunch of water drops on it we couldn’t tell if it was from the smoke detector or the AC unit being turned on? Lastly, my bed had this slat that was not put in properly and was being held by a piece of cardboard (I was kneeling on the bed and my knee went through the bed, I nearly ate the wall. But the slat was sideways and not put properly due to the fact that it was far too long for the bed’s width). On a good note, we were grateful for the AC unit especially since Nice was super humid and we were sightseeing a lot, plus the courtyard is super cute! Absolutely loved sitting outside and enjoying. The hotel is situated near from the train station (if you arrive at terminal two you can take the tram until Grand Arénas and take the train to Nice Ville)! Restaurants, shops, mall, bars etc all around!
