Increíble perfecto, volveremos a esta ciudad nuevamente solo para este hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Lyon. From check-in to check-out almost everything was perfect. The only three things I would improve are: 1) the hotel bar didn't have stools 2) the Nespresso Machines didn't have single serve coffee-mate creamers or at least powder so you had to call down for cold milk for 5€. 3) like many hotels in Europe they didn't have wash cloths in the room (face cloths or serviettes carrés as they call them). What do Europeans wash with? The lobby was elegant and inviting. The Grand Salon was cinematic. The rooms albeit a little small were well designed, comfortable and had great AC and rain showers. The pool, sauna, steam room, tea and relaxation room in the basement were perfect after a hot day touring Lyon. The cocktails were prepared with love and attention and served in vintage glassware. However martinis and old fashioned's should have more than loz of alcohol. The breakfast buffet was complete and delicious and you could even order an avo toast, truffled omelette or œufs a plat a la carte. I highly suggest you book the bed and breakfast rate to not be shocked by the 39€pp charge if you didn’t. Their Italian restaurant, Angelo's, looked delicious, but was a little pricey so we ate out all three nights in the Capitale Gastronomique de la France. The staff were warm and accommodating and it's in my top 3 reasonably priced boutique hotels in Europe.

Excelente hotel con todas las comodidades que uno pueda imaginar. De fácil acceso al centro de Lyon con metro en la puerta. Desayuno increíble y muy recomendable, incluso te preparan tortillas a tu gusto. Moderno, cómodo, con habitaciones amplias. Seguro volvería!!!

The breakfast was very great. The location is ok and they have their own parking area. However there are stairs in my room so I had to carry my luggage up to my space.

Hotel de muy buen gusto, decoración contemporánea, hotel de cadena, profesionales encantó el negocio de hoteles, todo con diseño, una elegancia clásica y moderna. Hermoso. Me encantó que el baño es una habitación y tiene una puerta entre la recámara y el baño, lo que hace que sea muy privado. Puede estar una persona vistiendo, otra usando el baño y otra en la recámara y cada una estaría privada. Hermosa ventana con vista a la calle. La zona horrible de noche, de mala muerte, peligrosa. Reserve este hotel por el estacionamiento y estaba lleno. El hotel me recomendó un estacionamiento muy caro y sin tarifa para huéspedes, a 5 minutos, pero la zona es fea de noche. No se puede dejar coche en calle, hotel dice que hay vandalismo. Desayuno muy básico, simple y caro. Elevador viejo y lobby sucio. Bar agradable.

Staying in this hotel was quite a miserable experience, barely adequate for a hostel, never mind a 3 star establishment. The room (although quite clean) was tiny for our party of two. The luggage occupied almost half of the floor, making us jump over it when we needed to move across the room. The window was facing the railway, which was expected on the one hand, but sleeping with it open was very noisy in the morning. Here is the list of things that were missing compared to a standard hotel experience: - no kettle (had to be asked for) - just two paper/plastic cups in the bathroom, no ceramic mugs in the room - no tea, coffee or anything really to have a snack with - no safe in the room (common one at the reception) - no fridge (seriously?) - no slippers (and they don’t provide them) - no towel heaters or radiators in the room - just 3 towels for two people, no hand towels - no bath robes - no bide or hygienic shower - no toilet brush (are you for real?) - one trash can (without a bag) - extremely small rooms, no adequate space for two luggage bags On the positive side, the breakfast was decent, though nothing to write home about. Hot and protein-rich options were definitely limited. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, upon check-in, I was charged 60EUR as a damage deposit which was not stated when I booked a room. I’m yet to have it returned. The hotel/network drives this alleged “eco-friendly” agenda but in reality it’s just extreme economy and penny-pinching at the guests’ expense. Very disappointing. 1/5.

Desde la llegada todo fue muy ameno.  Muy bien ubicado, a 2 cuadras de la estación de tren Perrache.  Además, hay una estación de tram justo afuera.  El barrio muy lindo, seguro, con parques cerca si quieres salir a caminar o a trotar. La habitación cómoda, la cama y almohadas muy buenas. Silencioso además. El desayanuno lo teníamos incluido y era muy bueno.  Un día nos llovió y la recepcionista amablemente nos facilitó un paraguas para no mojarnos, asi que estamos muy agradecidos.  Definitivamente volveríamos.

El secador de pelo de la habitación no funcionaba, la recepcionista me dio otro secador de pelo portátil, resolvió el problema con mucha eficiencia.

Estaba limpio y era cómodo. La ubicación era muy práctica para desplazarse. El baño también era práctico. Había muchas reseñas quejándose del secador de pelo, pero a mí me pareció bien.
