Excelente hotel con todas las comodidades que uno pueda imaginar. De fácil acceso al centro de Lyon con metro en la puerta. Desayuno increíble y muy recomendable, incluso te preparan tortillas a tu gusto. Moderno, cómodo, con habitaciones amplias. Seguro volvería!!!

I was very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, we encountered a few not very friendly staff at the reception. They didn’t do anything in particular that we would consider rude - but they just had a cold attitude. Some of their staff seem to have treated other guests a little differently for instance walking them to the lift and giving them more information about the hotel. This really impacted our experience at the hotel. However, I must say many of their staff were amazing, just a handful that were very cold and dismissive and this is not the level of hospitality you would expect from such a renowned hotel. The room also looked and felt quite different than what is shown on trip.com and their official website. I would still highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Lyon!

Nos alojamos en un hotel cercano durante unas noches, pero no pudimos prolongar nuestra estancia por falta de habitaciones, así que nos trasladamos al Campanile. Nuestro hijo vio un pequeño cartel en la entrada que decía ”Jinjiang Inn”, así que suponemos que pertenecen al mismo grupo. Quiero destacar especialmente al personal del hotel: desde la recepción y el personal de restaurante y bar hasta el personal de limpieza. Todos estaban muy bien capacitados, eran muy dedicados e increíblemente amables. Las habitaciones eran un poco pequeñas y las instalaciones algo básicas; no había nevera, pero en general estaban limpias y eran sencillas. El baño era de buen tamaño y también estaba muy limpio. No tenía muchas expectativas con el desayuno, pero me sorprendió gratamente. Tenía todo lo que uno esperaría y no era para nada básico. Los croissants estaban deliciosos y recién hechos. Una mañana bajé tarde y la selección de desayuno no era tan completa, pero el personal me preguntó específicamente si necesitaba pedir algo más. En resumen, este hotel es muy bueno y lo recomiendo.

Staying in this hotel was quite a miserable experience, barely adequate for a hostel, never mind a 3 star establishment. The room (although quite clean) was tiny for our party of two. The luggage occupied almost half of the floor, making us jump over it when we needed to move across the room. The window was facing the railway, which was expected on the one hand, but sleeping with it open was very noisy in the morning. Here is the list of things that were missing compared to a standard hotel experience: - no kettle (had to be asked for) - just two paper/plastic cups in the bathroom, no ceramic mugs in the room - no tea, coffee or anything really to have a snack with - no safe in the room (common one at the reception) - no fridge (seriously?) - no slippers (and they don’t provide them) - no towel heaters or radiators in the room - just 3 towels for two people, no hand towels - no bath robes - no bide or hygienic shower - no toilet brush (are you for real?) - one trash can (without a bag) - extremely small rooms, no adequate space for two luggage bags On the positive side, the breakfast was decent, though nothing to write home about. Hot and protein-rich options were definitely limited. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, upon check-in, I was charged 60EUR as a damage deposit which was not stated when I booked a room. I’m yet to have it returned. The hotel/network drives this alleged “eco-friendly” agenda but in reality it’s just extreme economy and penny-pinching at the guests’ expense. Very disappointing. 1/5.

Hotel de muy buen gusto, decoración contemporánea, hotel de cadena, profesionales encantó el negocio de hoteles, todo con diseño, una elegancia clásica y moderna. Hermoso. Me encantó que el baño es una habitación y tiene una puerta entre la recámara y el baño, lo que hace que sea muy privado. Puede estar una persona vistiendo, otra usando el baño y otra en la recámara y cada una estaría privada. Hermosa ventana con vista a la calle. La zona horrible de noche, de mala muerte, peligrosa. Reserve este hotel por el estacionamiento y estaba lleno. El hotel me recomendó un estacionamiento muy caro y sin tarifa para huéspedes, a 5 minutos, pero la zona es fea de noche. No se puede dejar coche en calle, hotel dice que hay vandalismo. Desayuno muy básico, simple y caro. Elevador viejo y lobby sucio. Bar agradable.

Muy gentiles todos los trabajadores, las instalaciones impecables, parece más un hotel que un hostal

El secador de pelo de la habitación no funcionaba, la recepcionista me dio otro secador de pelo portátil, resolvió el problema con mucha eficiencia.

Estaba limpio y era cómodo. La ubicación era muy práctica para desplazarse. El baño también era práctico. Había muchas reseñas quejándose del secador de pelo, pero a mí me pareció bien.
