Excelente hotel con todas las comodidades que uno pueda imaginar. De fácil acceso al centro de Lyon con metro en la puerta. Desayuno increíble y muy recomendable, incluso te preparan tortillas a tu gusto. Moderno, cómodo, con habitaciones amplias. Seguro volvería!!!

El hotel está muy bien situado y muy cómodo. El hotel Ninno fue muy útil con alquiler de coches y un viaje de día a Annecy y Ninno es una persona muy alegre. Todo fue perfecto.

La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, pero no me gustaba la habitación. Hotel de muy buen gusto, decoración contemporánea, hotel de cadena, profesionales encantó el negocio de hoteles, todo con diseño, una elegancia clásica y moderna. Hermoso. Me encantó que el baño es una habitación y tiene una puerta entre la recámara y el baño, lo que hace que sea muy privado. Puede estar una persona vistiendo, otra usando el baño y otra en la recámara y cada una estaría privada. Hermosa ventana con vista a la calle. La zona horrible de noche, de mala muerte, peligrosa. Reserve este hotel por el estacionamiento y estaba lleno. El hotel me recomendó un estacionamiento muy caro y sin tarifa para huéspedes, a 5 minutos, pero la zona es fea de noche. No se puede dejar coche en calle, hotel dice que hay vandalismo. Desayuno muy básico, simple y caro. Elevador viejo y lobby sucio. Bar agradable.

Staying in this hotel was quite a miserable experience, barely adequate for a hostel, never mind a 3 star establishment. The room (although quite clean) was tiny for our party of two. The luggage occupied almost half of the floor, making us jump over it when we needed to move across the room. The window was facing the railway, which was expected on the one hand, but sleeping with it open was very noisy in the morning. Here is the list of things that were missing compared to a standard hotel experience: - no kettle (had to be asked for) - just two paper/plastic cups in the bathroom, no ceramic mugs in the room - no tea, coffee or anything really to have a snack with - no safe in the room (common one at the reception) - no fridge (seriously?) - no slippers (and they don’t provide them) - no towel heaters or radiators in the room - just 3 towels for two people, no hand towels - no bath robes - no bide or hygienic shower - no toilet brush (are you for real?) - one trash can (without a bag) - extremely small rooms, no adequate space for two luggage bags On the positive side, the breakfast was decent, though nothing to write home about. Hot and protein-rich options were definitely limited. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, upon check-in, I was charged 60EUR as a damage deposit which was not stated when I booked a room. I’m yet to have it returned. The hotel/network drives this alleged “eco-friendly” agenda but in reality it’s just extreme economy and penny-pinching at the guests’ expense. Very disappointing. 1/5.

We stayed at a double room in the Sofitel in Lyon for a total of 3 nights in the summer of 2023. The hotel is located just a few streets from the Place Bellecour which is one of the main squares in Lyon. It is also about 5 minutes away from many cafes, bistros and a large supermarket (Monop’) near Place Bellecour. The room itself was a fairly standard double room (approximately 20 square metres). The interior and furnishings of the hotel look a bit dated but they were fine and did not matter in any material way. The minibar is complimentary and it is restocked daily with bottled water (still and sparkling), fruit juice, coca cola, and dried fruits and nuts. The bed was nice and comfortable and the pillows were firm. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning was not very consistent and it would turn off in the middle of the night. It is not an issue if you are staying here in the winter but it made it difficult to sleep at night in the summer. The staff were all very nice and pleasant. The concierge was especially friendly and he helped us to store our bags and arrange for a taxi to the train station on our last day. We paid approximately EUR250 a night and we thought it was worth the price.

Estaba limpio y era cómodo. La ubicación era muy práctica para desplazarse. El baño también era práctico. Había muchas reseñas quejándose del secador de pelo, pero a mí me pareció bien.

Debido a que está justo afuera de la estación de metro, ¡es muy conveniente! También hay un estacionamiento subterráneo, que permite el acceso directo al hotel. Cuando lo uso, simplemente reemplaza a Kyriad e ibis.
