This was, without a doubt, the best hotel resort we've ever stayed at. From the moment we were greeted at the airport to the moment we left, every detail exceeded our expectations. I initially chose this hotel for its aesthetic, but it was even more stunning in person than the photos could ever capture. Every part of the hotel was immaculate, and our room was spotless every day. The resort is breathtakingly beautiful, with endless photo-worthy spots—from the beach to the pool to the restaurants. It’s truly one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever seen. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. From the very first moment we arrived, every single team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and offered lunch while we waited for our room. When we got to our room, we had an incredible view of both the pool and the beach—such a beautiful spot to relax. The staff at the restaurants were warm, friendly, and always made sure we were well taken care of. They remembered our drink preferences and were always genuinely excited to see us when we arrived. The team at the pool and beach bars went out of their way to make our experience even better, offering special drinks and assisting us whenever needed. It felt like they anticipated our needs before we even said a word, and that level of attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. One example that really stood out: I started to get a sore throat during our stay, and the staff at the buffet immediately made me a hot drink with ginger, lemon, and mint. They even sent some to our room for later. The next day, when we went to the pool, they already had my hot drink ready for me. Little gestures like this made all the difference and showed how much the staff cares. We became friends with the staff and were genuinely sad to leave them. They were not only incredibly professional but also seemed like real friends by the end of our stay. They truly go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a perfect experience, and I sincerely hope they are well-compensated for their hard work. The resort has a laid-back vibe, with a blend of club music and a relaxed atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to unwind and relax, this is the perfect spot. There are friendly staff members who offer massages and facials, but they are never pushy—just there if you’re interested. As for the food, it was outstanding. The buffet had a wide variety of options that changed every night with different themes, and each dish was delicious. We also dined at one of the specialty restaurants for a night, and the food there was equally impressive. I can’t recommend this resort enough. It's hands down my favorite hotel, and I’m already looking forward to coming back when I return to Sharm. If you’re looking for top-tier service, a stunning setting, and an unforgettable experience, this is the place to stay!

El hotel fue construido con un hermoso estilo arquitectónico auténtico del norte de África, con árboles por todas partes. Tanto la zona de la piscina como la playa son agradables. Hay suficiente variedad de comida y puedes encontrar la que se adapte a tus gustos. El personal es amable y servicial. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra estadía en este hotel. Lo único que necesita mejorar es el wifi.

El hotel SUNRISE Arabian Beach Resort es un lugar excepcional que ofrece una experiencia inolvidable para todos sus huéspedes. Desde las habitaciones hasta la comida, la ubicación, el servicio, el personal y el equipo de animación, cada aspecto del hotel refleja un estándar de excelencia. Empezando por las habitaciones, las camas eran excelentes y las vistas que teníamos desde la habitación también eran muy buenas. El servicio de habitaciones fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. El buffet de comida era muy variado y tenía una excelente presentación. Personal también muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento con una sonrisa. Las instalaciones eran excelentes. Por poner alguna pega, la playa no era gran cosa... Con piedras a la entrada que dificultan el baño. Sin embargo tiene una zona reservada para hacer snorkel y ver el coral. Por último, el equipo de animación se esfuerza por realizar numerosas actividades y mantener a los huéspedes entretenidos haciendo su estancia más divertida y emocionante.

El White Hills Resort es increíble. La vista, la habitación y el restaurante son magníficos. No necesito reseñar mucho. Simplemente disfruten de mi video del resort. Lo único que quiero destacar es su servicio. Todo el personal hace un excelente trabajo; les apasiona servir a los huéspedes. Un saludo a mi mayordomo Mahmoud, es increíble. Estará disponible en su puerta cuando necesiten algo. Me encanta su profesionalismo, energía y entusiasmo en su trabajo. Y a Louerla, qué buena mujer eres. Excelente lugar para relajarse, con muchas piscinas. Tres toboganes para adultos. El hotel tiene una pequeña ”zona de playa” junto a la costa. El personal y los huéspedes hablan más inglés que en otro hotel en el que nos alojamos en Sharm. El hotel consta básicamente de dos hoteles: el tradicional (habitaciones de lujo) y el nuevo (habitaciones premium). Los premium son modernos, pero hay una oferta limitada, ya que están ampliando el hotel en este momento con la construcción de nuevas habitaciones. No hubo problemas con los aviones que pasaran por encima a pesar de la proximidad al aeropuerto. La habitación premium en la que nos alojamos no tenía secador de pelo ni enchufe para afeitadora.

El hotel se encuentra a ambos lados de la carretera: uno cerca de la bahía de Naama y el otro de la montaña. Es amplio y ofrece un entorno precioso. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas, limpias e higiénicas, aunque un poco estrechas. El desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena son abundantes y sabrosos. Se organizan actividades todos los días por la noche, y los programas son diversos e interesantes. Es un buen lugar para el ocio y las vacaciones.

Este hotel está en una colina, así que bajar a la playa con piscina es bastante empinado para quienes no tienen mucha movilidad. El hotel en sí está bien durante el invierno, pero la piscina superior no está en uso y hace un frío glacial. La piscina infantil es la más cálida de las dos... ¿qué puedo decir de este hotel? El vestíbulo es precioso. Está limpio, bien cuidado y tiene un aspecto agradable. La mayor decepción de este hotel es su comida. La comida de este hotel... Nunca he probado nada tan malo. Todo está planificado y el sabor es flojo; solo hay dos restaurantes decentes para comer, y ese es el restaurante de pescado, que incluso entonces estaba bien. Realmente es una pena para este hotel. Podría ser mucho más de lo que es.

Un hotel agradable y tranquilo. Precio y calidad acordes. El mar está a 10 minutos en autobús.
