Volvimos asistir al hotel debido a su buena ubicación, desayuno y espacios para recrearse. Lo volveríamos a elegir. Muy ejecutivo.

I’m all for a colonial experience but not when it’s overpriced. El Beaterio is charming and feels authentic. Old wooden beams, clay tiled floors, wooden armoires, four poster beds which were surprisingly excellent. Even the bathroom was clean, had great water pressure & temperature. WiFi worked well enough. I suppose my issue with El Beaterio is how cold and unfriendly the service was all around. Reception was frosty and all business. They were quick to ask for a 50$ deposit even before they asked for my passport. And the front desk guy was also too quick to push for a tour HE was guiding the next day even if his English wasn’t particularly a strong point. Breakfast, while good and hearty, was again served with nonchalant silence. I suppose management doesn’t care much for attempts at warmth or sincerity —but what stings is the price. One would expect just a bit more from a property that charges 100$usd per night especially around Zona Colonial where there are plenty of choices. So go ahead and book if you’re in for the “colonial” experience. Just don’t expect old world charm or regular world friendliness or professionalism.

Descansamos en febrero de 2025, al lado del hotel hay un casino y a la izquierda del hotel hay un buen supermercado, también me gustó la piscina en la azotea, en general todo está limpio, hermoso y acogedor, el personal no habla ruso.

El hotel es un edificio precioso ubicado en pleno centro cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas. La azotea es una maravilla y es un placer poder disfrutar del desayuno allí. La habitación era amplia y cómoda y muy bien insonorizada.

Personal amable, muy bien ubicado en la Zona Colonial y a poca distancia de la parada de autobús a Punta Cana. El sofá de arriba era ideal para relajarse, al igual que la zona de estar en el patio. Los panqueques y el jugo del desayuno también estaban ricos. Lo único que se podría mejorar es la limpieza. Los baños estaban un poco sucios por las mañanas y había algo de suciedad vieja junto a la cama.

I have no complaints. My stay was well pleasurable. I would like to, however give special thanks to Wesley at the front desk, he was very courteous and accommodating, especially that he speaks English well, we were able to communicate with ease and also the cleaning staff who always have a warm and pleasant look on their faces. One in particular name Molin.

Todo perfecto por el precio acordado. Había sitios peores por la zona. Me gustó el lobby. Sin problema.

Me gusto el hotel y me dieron la habilitación dos horas antes del check in.
