It is clear that the experience went pretty well. The staff was very quick and efficient with their tasks, and they got us checked in quickly. Afterwards, we found our rooms to be rather hygienic and well-kept, although the Sofa-Bed we bought was rather small. However, we did cook some food, which got filled with smoke, so we did trigger the smoke alarm. Even then, the fire management crew arrived quickly to shut off the alarm and open the windows to remove the smoke. This really just proves how effective the sensors are and how efficient the staff were. In terms of facilities, the gym room was really nice, with all sorts of machines and weights and mats. Also, the Breakfast was really good. they had a variety of vegetarian and vegan options, such as Soy Milk alternatives. Finally, the location was very good, it was near safe parking in a cheap, locked parking lot, only EURO14 per 24 hrs, as well as some tourist attractions like bustling streets and a football museum and merchandise shops nearby. Overall, given the location and services and facilities provided, this is definitely a value for money hotel and a reliable place to stay. 10/10.

Super Lage in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof. Sehr cooles Design im Zimmer und generell. Leider Abzug wegen dem spärlichen Frühstücksbuffet ohne Pancakes. Und auch wegen fehlenden Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer.

El hotel estaba limpio y aconchegado. El personal era muy amable y amable! El último día, estaba muy enfermo, y el recepcionista me dio lemon fresco y menta para hacer este té con miel. Esto realmente me ayudó mucho. Le agradezco mucho esto.

Sehr schönes Hotel Central gelegen gute Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sauber mit eigenem Balkon im Zimmer Bett. Sehr bequem und groß das Badezimmer etwas klein aber zum Zweck ausreichend was fehlt ein Spiegel im Zimmer aber sonst top ich komme auf alle Fälle wieder

Excelente ubicación si quieres visitar la Universidad / Tecnología Park. Bien equipado. Muro detrás de la cama muy polvo, muro sucio en el baño. Desayuno a las 6:30 disponibles, pero no hay café desde que el personal olvidó la máquina de café .....

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, el vestíbulo también es muy entretenido y las habitaciones también son muy buenas. Las instalaciones son completas, la decoración es cálida y única, y el servicio también está en su lugar.

Un hotel muy agradable, con desayuno buffet incluido y un servicio amable. La entrada es un poco pequeña, la recepción está en el segundo piso y está muy cerca de la estación de tren.

El hotel está cerca del BVB Dortmund Stadium, que fue nuestro principal objetivo las 2 noches de nuestra estancia en Dortmund. Buen servicio y cálido bienvenido. Simplí pero gran desayuno.

While checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.
