Lage sehr zentral, freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer! Perfekt für einen Städtebesuch in Leipzig! Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!

Gran estancia. Sólo puedo recomendarlo calurosamente, a este precio no hay nada de qué quejarse.

El hotel está cerca de la estación de ferrocarril y el centro de la ciudad. Cada monumento importante está a pie y la ciudad es hermosa. El personal, especialmente en la recepción, es hermoso. También hay máquinas de inscripción que le ayudarán a registrarse y a imprimir sus tarjetas clave. No soy un fan de carpeta, pero la habitación estaba perfectamente limpia con un hermoso baño. También hay una buena caja de equipaje, desgraciadamente sólo una en una habitación para dos, pero es espaciosa. Apreciamos las aguas complimentarias.

This apartment hotel room is the best value to any travelers for its the location, the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and the friendly reception desk.  It made me feel like at my own home.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de estación de tren central y plaza del ayuntamiento. Excelente servicio y habitación espaciosa, con mini cocina por si necesitas comer en la habitación. El desayuno buffet del hotel muy bueno, con lo necesario, sin abundancia. Repetiremos

Der Service beim Frühstück sowie im Barbereich war leider enttäuschend. Besonders negativ fiel auf, dass sich das Barpersonal offen über andere Gäste beschwert hat, die Cocktails bestellt haben. Ein solches Verhalten wirkt äußerst unprofessionell und hinterlässt keinen guten Eindruck. Insgesamt erschien das Auftreten in diesen Bereichen eher unfreundlich und wenig serviceorientiert. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir jedoch das Personal im Parkservice und beim Check-in. Dieses war durchweg sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Leider konnte dieser gute Eindruck die negativen Erfahrungen im Servicebereich nicht vollständig ausgleichen.

La habitación con tantas personas la hace muy susceptible del ruido. El baño está bien y el proceso de checkout es muy sencillo

The INNSiDE Leipzig enjoys an excellent location, tucked neatly between the historic market square, the old town, and a more contemporary quarter brimming with restaurants and cafés. It’s a strong base for exploring the city on foot, whether your interest lies in culture, shopping, or dining. We didn’t opt for the hotel breakfast, and honestly, there’s no need to. The surrounding area offers plenty of breakfast options. That said, quality varies — a few places are solid, while others are best avoided, so a bit of online scouting is advisable. The hotel itself is functional and in good repair. It’s clean, straightforward, and unpretentious — not luxurious, but not run-down either. One design choice I could do without is the glass-walled showers. They’re the fully transparent sort, which lack privacy and seem more decorative than practical. A door wouldn’t go amiss. Air conditioning is adequate but not strong. During our June visit it was just sufficient. If you’re visiting during a hotter spell — say, in August — you might find it underwhelming. That said, Leipzig isn’t known for oppressive heat. We parked in a nearby public parking facility for €20 per day. It’s a short walk from the hotel and, in our view, the more sensible choice compared to the hotel’s own parking offering. Stay here for the location and cleanliness. Skip the breakfast, be ready for the odd bathroom layout, and use public parking. It’s a solid, no-frills choice — just don’t expect charm or luxury.

Das Hotel liegt an einer Straße, es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich in der Nähe. Das Zentrum ist in nur 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen und es gibt auch Parks in der Umgebung. Sehr schönes Hotel.

Íbamos a un concierto en el cercano Haus Ansee y este era el hotel más próximo. ¡La recepcionista del sábado y domingo por la mañana fue maravillosa y muy amable! Conseguimos registrarnos antes de la hora prevista (no está garantizado) y la habitación era preciosa y cómoda. El aparcamiento para nuestro coche de alquiler funcionó bien y lo dejamos allí cuando cogimos el tranvía para ir al centro. El desayuno fue impecable, al igual que el servicio en general. No tengo ninguna queja, salvo que echo de menos una bandeja de té/café, pero quizás esto no sea habitual en los hoteles de Columbia Británica. ¡No lo duden! ¡Relación calidad-precio excelente! La foto es del tranvía… a 5-6 minutos andando y a unos 20 minutos del centro, con una frecuencia de 15 minutos aproximadamente.
