The worker at the check in was very intrusive with his questions. Asking why are we checking in when we’re just living in Regensburg, as if we’re not allowed to stay at a hotel just because we live in Regensburg. Told us there was no parking available anywhere in their hotel so we had to find a parking on the streets which was very hard to find. Room was very clean though.

Sehr modernes und sauberes Hotel. Die Innenstadt in zu Fuß in unter 15min zu erreichen.

Wir wurden äußerst zuvorkommend empfangen und auch sonst war der Service herausragend gut. Besser geht es wirklich nicht. Wenn wir nochmal nach Regensburg kommen, dann werden wir unbedingt wieder kommen. Ansonsten zu bemerken : es gibt eine Tiefgarage und weiteren Parkmogkichkeiten, incl Ladestationen für E-Autos. Ein Lift ist vorhanden, Sitzmoglichkeiten (besonders für Raucher interessant) im Außenbereich, alles tiptop sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Reservamos una habitación de hotel por 87 € a través de la web de Trip, pero al debitar el dinero de nuestra cuenta, nos cobraron 104 €. En mi opinión, es un fraude. Quedé satisfecho con el hotel en sí, pero no con la app de Trip.

Normales Hotel. Man sollte nichts besonderes erwarten. Leider ein großes Loch im Handtuch und mehrere Silberfischchen im Badezimmer. Bar war Freitag Abend schon geschlossen, schade. Essen und Angebot durchschnittlich. Für 1 Übernachtung aber absolut ausreichend. Lage am See ganz schön. Sehr viele, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten.

El hotel está situado fuera de la ciudad y conduce a la antigua ciudad por unos 12 minutos. Las habitaciones están limpias y tienen un amplio espacio. El desayuno también es muy bueno, porque es miembro de la tarjeta de diamantes de BW, y el hotel también está exento de los gastos de estacionamiento. En particular, el flujo de agua de las flores es muy fuerte, lo que es importante para el baño.

Everything was nice. Stuff was nice, breakfast was nice, the room was very comfortable.

Rooms were clean and well maintained, staff friendly and attentive for both hotel and restaurant. They were in the middle of an electrical referb so all the corridors were filled with protective carpeting, hanging wires and workers. Rooms could do with AC, it got warm and humid.

El hotel es muy bueno, sólo encuentro el desayuno por 17 euros demasiado caro, daño. De lo contrario todo es genial. El restaurante también es muy bueno. Sólo tuve un problema, pero no con el hotel, sino con TRIP.COM. He reservado y pagado una habitación doble, pero el hotel ha recibido una reserva de una habitación única de TRIP!!! No obstante, podíamos permanecer ahí por el uso de la mano, pero nos lleva muy mal.

Bed and comforter were quite comfortable for a good night sleep. Air conditioning was fine.  However, if you don’t own a car, the location is not really good; The hotel is located in an industrial area with many trailers and trucks. The nearest bus stop is situated 10 mins away, so I was pretty anxious to walk to and fro between the bus stop and the hotel, especially when it’s dark. (And the bus comes hourly on weekends.) For the room: It would have been better, if a kettle was provided.
