Since it was simply an opportunity to sleep, there is no great significance in evaluating the service or other facilities. However, the reason I gave it 1 point is that I arrived late at night, and as I was tired, I quickly took a shower and was about to sleep, when I realized that no towels were provided. It is true that I found out later that the hotel recommends the save earth in relation to towel washing. Therefore, it informs you that towels that have not been used before will be reused. Even so, the house keeper should have checked whether towels existed, but it is a minimum. I gave it a low score because is not even checked.

We booked a Deluxe Room, which was actually the lowest category of rooms in this hotel. As a result, we got a room facing the inner courtyard, which was not nice at all. I checked and found that on each floor, only two rooms do not face the beautiful square — which was the main reason I chose this hotel in the first place. That said, the location of the hotel, the cleanliness, and the room’s equipment were good. However, the TV was old and couldn’t read my USB drive. :-( Finally, room service showed up around 3 PM, which was no longer convenient for us. I only asked for two clean towels, but the maid didn’t understand English. All in all, I’ll think twice before booking a room here again when I’m next in Brno.

The hotel was small, which meant it was nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious with high ceilings. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the free mini- bar- a lovely touch. The bathroom was nice and clean and it had a powerful shower. The only negative is that it was too hot and stuffy in the room. There was no air con although fans were provided but didn't cool it down sufficiently. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful with fresh fruit, fresh meats and cheeses, hot options, a good selection of pastries and cereals. The coffee machine was confusing- sometimes it was free and sometimes I was told that it wasn't (although I never actually paid). I would recommend staying at this lovely hotel. It is a 10 minute walk from the centre but there are trams available. It would be helpful to have details of the trams/buses into the centre in the hotel room. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

We stayed for two nights and overall, it was a great stay. Lovely staff, good location and quiet neighborhood. Since Brno is a really small city, the hotel is at a walking distance to almost everywhere in the city, including the train station and Masaryk University. The restrooms having bidet nozzle is also a huge plus. I highly recommend Hotel Europa to everyone who wishes to stay in Brno.

El hotel es antiguo pero bueno. Ofrecen muchos detalles, desde un regalo en recepción y una botella de vino en la habitación hasta manzanas frente a los ascensores y una copa de vino espumoso en el desayuno. Lo único que no me gustó fue que los radiadores no funcionaban bien y hacía bastante frío en la habitación. Además, las habitaciones con vistas a la ciudad eran un poco ruidosas, pero con una bonita vista de la ciudad. En general, buena relación calidad-precio.

¿Los checos son familiares con los japoneses?...algunos de los empleados de la recepción me saludan y cuidan en japonés, y usan una palabra. La habitación es muy grande y limpia, el precio es razonable, hay un salón. Pensé que el desayuno era normal, pero el plato caliente era muy delicioso y tan delicioso que esperaba tener una plata grande en lugar de una bola pequeña. Desafortunadamente, está un poco lejos de la estación. El tractor número 1 es corto, pero puede variar en función del tiempo y de su tamaño.

The apartment is very close to the bus terminal and most of the tourist attractions. It also has a lift, which is very handy, and the room is spacious and clean. The only disappointing aspect was that it was difficult to get hold of anyone quickly when we had an issue. If the management improves its customer service, the apartment would be like a five-star hotel! I will definitely be coming back.

Me quedé solo una noche y fue una buena experiencia. La ubicación es excelente, a 3 minutos caminando de la estación Brno Grandhotel donde llegan y salen buses desde y hacia otras ciudades, como Viena y Praga. Habitación limpia y espaciosa, baños y duchas limpias, con agua caliente disponible siempre. Pequeña area con hervidor de agua, microondas, lavaplatos y un set de platos y cubiertos. Habitaciones con caja fuerte, casillero, y pequeño lavamanos.
