Очень удачное расположение, классные апартаменты, отзывчивый и приветливый персонал! Хорошо оборудованная кухня, приятный интерьер! Наличие 4-х стульев в 2-х местном номере вообще приятно удивило! Можно было бы проставить отлично, если бы не квест с регистрацией! Регистрация только онлайн, причём обязательно селфи. При неработающей камере смартфона это оказалось непреодолимым препятствием. Приложение предлагало загрузить готовый файл, но не загружало, а уходило в стартовую страницу. С помощью длительной переписки служба поддержки выслала служебный код, но с ошибкой. В десять вечера и в дождь код не сработал... Короче, масса драйва, каскад идиом и яркие впечатления о преодолении обстоятельств! В остальном без замечаний!

El hotel goza de una ubicación privilegiada, lo que facilita enormemente la exploración de las atracciones turísticas, todas a poca distancia a pie. La decoración del hotel es elegante y sofisticada. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas y son perfectas para unas vacaciones relajantes. El hotel ofrece un detalle de bienvenida con bebidas de cortesía al registrarse. El desayuno buffet es excelente, con una amplia variedad de opciones de calidad, y el menú cambia a diario, garantizando una experiencia siempre diferente para cada huésped. En definitiva, es un hotel resort fantástico y muy recomendable.

Excelente. El hotel estaba en una ubicación excelente, limpio, el personal era servicial y cortés. La habitación era espaciosa y tenía balcón, lo cual era muy agradable. El desayuno también era muy bueno (selección y cantidad). Realmente nos impresionó la relación calidad-precio de la estadía aquí. Optamos por pagar más por la cena incluida, que valió la pena. Calificaría la cena con un 3,5 a 4 sobre 5. Este es un hotel de 160 años, por lo que es de esperar que las cosas estén anticuadas. Sin embargo, lo mantienen en buenas condiciones, lo que le suma encanto. No te decepcionarás aquí. Solo desearía que la ducha fuera un poco más grande... ¡Aparte de eso, pensé que era genial!

It was absolutely amazing experience to stay here. The hotel is located very centre of tourist area with lots of choices of restaurants and cafes. The interior and the room were stunning. Limited time slots if check-in and out might be inconvenient for some, but we arrived and left during daytime, so it was not a problem for us. The breakfast was also very tasty, albeit service was a bit inconsistent (the menu was provided on the first day but not on the second day and limited choice). Overall, we had very good time and we would love to stay here again.

The hotel is located on top of hills, which is not so convenient for travelers with luggage. There are 3 buildings within the hotel, 2 of them connected. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are in building 2. My room is in building 3, seems to be newly renovated. Spacious space for a single room with a view of wood forest and next castle building. The toilet and shower room are separated. Only 1 body-and-hair shampoo is provided. But the soundproofing is not so great, you may hear the talking and laughing from the nest room clearly at night. The front desk gentleman is so kind and attentive, highly appreciated for his service. The breakfast is average and could be crowded during holidays.

We were very surprised upon arrival. Despite the hotel description suggesting a 24-hour reception, there was no 24/7 front desk at Hotel Elefant. We had to go to another hotel for check-in, check-out and even breakfast, which was not clearly disclosed in the listing. This was inconvenient and felt misleading. Another issue was the Wi-Fi: there was no password or QR code available in the room, and because there was no reception on-site, we couldn’t get the details. As a result, we were unable to use the Wi-Fi during our stay. In addition, some of the photos in the listing gave us the impression of a different view/setting. Once we arrived, it seemed that the actual hotel does not match some of the photos shown, which affected our expectations. The location is good, but transparency is essential. Please clearly state the reception situation, where guests must go for check-in/out and breakfast, provide Wi-Fi details in the room, and ensure the photos accurately represent the property

Reservé este hotel para mi madre. Y le encantó: el personal fue atento y atento, la ubicación excelente y la comida deliciosa. Muy recomendable.

Very nice, well maintained hotel near the colonnade in Karlovy Vary. Pros: large room, parking available in front of the hotel, great breakfast Cons: staff who speak Czech poorly (Russian speaking), even though it is a spa hotel, we were not advised to go to the Spa because it was very crowded. If we want to go to the private spa, we have to pay an extra 100 euros! That is impossible! 🙈

Excelente ubicación, en una zona preciosa de Karlovy Vary, con muchos restaurantes cerca. Todo perfecto. Comodidad de la cama: buena. Habitación con muebles de madera de buena calidad y una mesa/escritorio, ideal para trabajar con ordenador si fuera necesario.
