UUsuario invitadoคุณป้าคุณลุงและพี่สาวน่ารักมาก อบอุ่นเหมือนอยู่บ้านเลย ทั้งไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องจองที่พักแล้วไม่มีรถไปทางพี่สาวลูกของคุณป้าช่ยดำเนินการเรื่องรถให้ จากฮาร์บินไปแวะsnow towe และเข้าพักที่snow valley คุณป้าทำอาหารอร่อยถูกปากมาก มาอีาการหารเช้าให้ทานฟรี ถังหู่ลู่มีให้กินฟรีทุกวัน มีสาดน้ำร้อน มีการใช้ภาษา Eng ได้ดี และคุณป้าใช้แปลภาษาได้เก่งมากๆ ห้องพักสะอาด ขากลับคุณป้าให้น้ำกับขนมไว้กินระหว่างเดินทางด้วย ที่พักใกล้โคมแดง และเวที เดินเล่นง่าย อยากให้คนไทยมาช่วยกันอุดหนุน เพระาโฮมสเตชาวบ้านเค้าอยู่ได้เพราะนักท่องเที่ยว

YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable.
The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me.
In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less.
The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers.
Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

UUsuario invitado¡Un hotel maravilloso! Está muy cerca del aeropuerto de Harbin, lo que hizo que nuestro viaje fuera súper cómodo. Las habitaciones son modernas, muy limpias y espaciosas, con camas cómodas, una ducha estupenda y un aseo independiente. Agradecimos mucho el servicio gratuito de traslado al aeropuerto, la amabilidad del conductor y del personal, e incluso el ascensor a las plantas superiores. El desayuno fue una grata sorpresa: un buffet libre asequible por solo 20 RMB. También se pueden pedir dumplings o wontons a la carta. El aire acondicionado funcionaba a la perfección, el aire del campo era fresco y había restaurantes a un corto paseo. Nos gustó tanto que nos alojamos aquí dos veces durante nuestro viaje. ¡Lo recomendamos sin duda!

GGuest UserEste hotel me dejó una muy buena impresión. La habitación está limpia y ordenada, el estilo de decoración es de estilo nórdico y es muy cómoda la estancia. El personal de servicio tiene muy buena actitud. Son muy considerados desde el check-in hasta el check-out. El desayuno es rico en variedad y tiene buen sabor. Lo que más me satisface es el ambiente tranquilo del hotel. No me molestaron en absoluto cuando dormí por la noche. Si vuelves a venir a esta ciudad en el futuro, ¡deberías elegir aquí nuevamente!

La recepcionista fue muy amable y, como llegamos temprano y no había habitaciones disponibles, nos hizo un upgrade gratuito a una habitación familiar. La habitación era grande y limpia, y pudimos descansar muy bien después de un día agotador.

UUsuario anónimoI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
