來台東住了兩個晚上，這家酒店還不錯！
衞生：衞生非常乾淨，可以要求酒店第二天來打掃整理房間，比較清爽
服務：服務態度不錯，服務態度也比較熱心，餐廳的阿姨也很暖心，親自下廚做早點。
可以寄存行李，但是不是非常規範，沒有號碼牌什麼的，就是是擺在牆角，有人看着還是很安全。
設施：一家新裝修的酒店，設施非常的新，有智能充水馬桶，空調也非常不錯
環境：距離台東火車站非常的近，走路十分鐘以內能夠到達，可以在火車站乘搭公交車以及火車站，要中轉的話比較方便。
但是酒店旁邊餐廳超市什麼的比較少，不是非常熱鬧，比較冷清，要吃飯什麼的話是要搭公交車前往市區，遊玩吃喝不太方便。

The cat is adorable and enjoys friendly interactions with visitors. It appears that the room lacks soundproofing. Due to ongoing construction in the neighboring building, some noise may be audible. The electric mirror in the bathroom is impressive as it remains warm and prevents water condensation. However, the bathroom fan is a bit noisy, and the hair dryer produces a strong gust of wind. Additionally, the internet password in the room is not easily discernible.

本民宿對搭乘火車到台東旅遊的觀光客來說，算是蠻方便的，步行約十分鐘內抵達，如果行李不多，騎Ubike也可五分鐘內抵達。附近一個路口即有Ubike站。不過，火車站附近較為荒涼，小吃店不多也較早關門，還好可以叫外送。
民宿主人夫妻是住在裡面，所以入住時間較為彈性，早上也能提前寄放行李。公共空間有桌椅、沙發區，佈置溫馨，也有提供免費米果、茶包、冰塊、飲水機、冰箱、餐具杯盤及付費泡麵、一次性備品。
民宿非常乾淨，赤腳走路也沒問題，浴室有分離式隔間，沐浴用品味道舒服也很高級。還有房間整體插座與開關配置非常符合需求，床頭有崁燈，還有開關，可在床上直接開關燈，每張床附近皆有充電座。
民宿主人很有熱忱，提供旅遊與美食資訊，甚至代為預訂叫車服務，以利隔天行程銜接。最重要的是週五晚上住宿仍物美價廉，整體住宿CP值頗高，非常滿意！推薦給來台東旅遊且選擇住在台東火車站附近民宿區的旅客。（附近有一大片民宿區，但我覺得我們住的環境很棒！）

Route 8101A and Express A (ferry harbor) bus stop is not too far from the hotel if east coastal attractions and the Green Island are your destinations. 8101A departs once a day at 8:30 to major sightseeings along the coastal highway in a cruise ship style ride with 30 to 60 minute stay at each attraction and then returns to the departure stop in a close loop. Kkateyang23This hostel is very suitable for backpackers. The room is so comfortable and the price is very affordable. If you travel with friends, the price of the two-person room per one person is almost the same as the room that has 4 single beds for 4 individuals.
The photo is a random photo, but look how comfortable the atmosphere is. I like the tone of the room which is white and earth tone.

Taxi tarifa abt TWD220. Había servicio de navegación del hotel, pero no hay instrucciones claras sobre cómo reservar a priori. Información no disponible en trip.com. El personal de concierge no ofreció el servicio fácilmente también. Se dijo que sólo estaba disponible para los miembros. No para la reserva de la tercera fiesta. Estoy decepcionado.
La habitación era espaciosa. 2 camas de tamaño reina. Pero el baño y el baño eran pequeños. La cabeza golpeará la puerta si me siento en la bodega de baño y me acostumbra un poco a la frente. La puerta de baño golpea la cabeza de la ducha, por lo que si no se nota, y abre la puerta con fuerza puede romper la puerta de vidrio.

The guesthouse is impeccably maintained, offering a peaceful and nature-filled retreat, truly a hidden paradise for relaxation.
The highlight of the stay was the coffee machine provided by the guesthouse—offering Starbucks-quality finely ground coffee with an irresistible aroma. Enjoying a freshly brewed cup while gazing at the beautiful scenery outside made every moment of the trip feel worthwhile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with thoughtful details that showed great hospitality.
If you’re looking for a place to escape the hustle and bustle and immerse yourself in nature, this is undoubtedly the best place to stay in Taitung. I will definitely be coming back next time I visit! 🌿☀️☕

TtwinkleracI had a pleasant stay at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel 4 years ago, so thought I'd try Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II this time, as they are located near to each other, very close to the bus station and Tiehua Village. This is a great location to explore the city. However, other than the superb location and the bigger room, there isn't much else to love about this hotel.
There was literally no service at this branch. Staff were not welcoming and unlike other hotels in Taiwan, they do not greet guests when you are at the lobby. I also never saw any of them smile at guests. In fact, on my first day of check-in, I was blatantly told to check in at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel instead, because ”the hotel is closed for the day”. When I asked how come I was not informed earlier, the staff answered ”because you don't have a Taiwan mobile number”. This is absurd to me, isn't there the Trip.com messaging service where you can contact guests? Very disappointed with the way they handle such cases, no apology at all, and just gives a very transactional feeling. The only time I encountered a staff who greeted me was at the breakfast restaurant.
Room amenities and facilities look like they need proper maintenance, and the windows were so dirty. The bed was also not very comfortable to sleep on.
Lastly, I know Taiwan hotel breakfasts are usually not so nice compared to eating out in the breakfast shops, but the quality of the breakfast was really bad. Seasonal fresh fruit selection was only watermelon on 1 morning, and guava + watermelon on another.
In conclusion, very disappointed with my stay here this time. Will definitely think twice about returning to Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II the next time I visit Taitung again.

UUsuario invitadoThe room itself was very nice, big and clean. Bed was very comfy, assuming you manage to sleep.
Location seems great for the station. It's about 700m walk down a straight quiet road, but unless you like listening to screeching trains, it's not great. The room isn't soundproofed well enough, and you can hear every southbound train coming in as they start braking right next to the hotel. The first one starts at 4:40am. I normally don't get up before 8am, but I was awake by 5am every day staying here. The hotel sells ear plugs, which seems rude given that they've been free in every other hotel I've stayed in that has a noise problem. And this one definitely has a noise problem.
This place has no elevator, which isn't made clear on the listing. There are no cancellations, and it's only once you've paid and have no way of changing your mind they email you to say there's no lift. Carrying a 23kg suitcase up to the 5th floor isn't fun.
Talking of which, after paying in full you get an email saying that your booking won't be held unless you also complete the registration process at least a day early. For this you need to add them on line just so an AI can respond to stupid premade buttons that take you to a browser inside line. Once you go through the process of registering, you get a QR code, or you would but you can't check in yet because it's too early, and you can't save the link because it's inside line. Clicking on the original link restarts the process again. I wasted an hour on this. When you get a QR code, it changes every 5 minutes, so you need your phone to get in. This means when you go out running you need to carry your phone instead of a small door card like every other hotel. Who knows what happens if your phone runs out of battery, I just you end up sleeping on a bench outside the station.
Everything about the communications from this hotel seems like they want to rip you off. Arrive early? 500 NTD per hour early. Late check out? 500 NTD per hour. Forget to click checkout in line. Same, I guess. Warnings on the front door not to lock it or get another fine (how about don't let the door lock if you don't want it locked?) Extra toiletries? Also charged for, but with a passive aggressive sign saying you're being recorded so don't steal anything. Several other signs about charges for other things that I didn't bother trying to translate.
Also, you're expected to change your shoes with slippers at the front door. OK, but there's no indication that they are clean. My room was a double, but I came down after the first night and the second pair had been taken..when I returned that night, some child sized slippers were there instead, and the next morning adult slippers. No idea if anyone wore my slippers while I was out, or if they'd been cleaned before or after I stayed.
As well as the room not being soundproofed, the bathroom window has no curtain and the bathroom has a glass door. So once you've been woken by the trains, it's hard to get back to sleep as it's light by 6am. And the door to the room has glass panels, covered with black paper, but light shines around all the edges.
The shower door doesn't meet at the side at the bottom, but there's a 1cm gap under the door anyway, so the first time you have a shower you discover you bathmat is soaked through and the extractor fan doesn't do much so it was wet every day afterwards.
Overall, this room is perfect if you're catching an early train or like waking up really early.

Normalmente 1F Hay una máquina de café para los turistas que tomar por sí mismos. Si necesitas desayuno y 100 yuan a 10F cocinar con la ayuda para comer el salón es muy conveniente. Está muy cerca del mercado de la noche turística, el próximo regreso a Taiwán volverá a elegir esta alojamiento.
