La habitación es muy espaciosa y no difiere mucho de las fotos, lo cual es mucho mejor que otros hoteles. La primera noche nos quedamos en el hotel de arriba, donde las fotos hacían que pareciera enorme, pero en realidad era muy pequeña. Por un precio no muy diferente, este lugar ofrece mucha más relación calidad-precio. Los snacks de la tarde, como los nuggets de pollo y las patatas fritas recién hechos, estaban deliciosos, a mis amigos y a mí nos encantaron, jeje. Además, son fieles a las fotos de la plataforma. ¡También hay sopa dulce para la noche! (Aquí tengo una pequeña sugerencia: a algunas personas les gusta el dulce y a otras no. Podrían ofrecer sobres de azúcar; a mí, por ejemplo, los tangyuan no me parecieron lo suficientemente dulces). Cuando traigan el refrigerio nocturno, podrían llevarse también los platos del té de la tarde, si no, la habitación se queda sin espacio. También ofrecen servicio de lavandería. En general, superó nuestras expectativas. El servicio y la habitación son excelentes, la próxima vez que venga, los elegiré de nuevo. Solo que, cuando la señora de la limpieza limpió, parece que tiró la base de mi muñeca hecha a mano y ahora mi muñeca no se puede mantener de pie.😔😔

GREAT PLACE TO STAY 😭😭😭!!!!!! Need to put the service as first cause they are all superbbbbbbbb!!!!!!! 1. SERVICE IS EVERYTHING 😭 + So we arrived a little bit late and when we arrived they told us to look at the other rooms for us to choose our favourite,and despite I love the pink room,I still went to and choose the green one,cause it's soooooo aesthetic! Like look at da pic!!! + The receptionist a young woman were sooooo helpfull! They told us that we can just grab any snacks,yogurt drinks,coffee and tea for free! + She also help us to wash our cloth😭😭😭 despite I'm trying to be independent about it,she still entertain us and keep on asking us if we need help huaaaa sooo sweet and niceee😭😭😭!!! 2. ROOM (SHOULD I EVEN SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT? LIKE LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!) + Oh god I was soooooo shoketh to see the place is even nicer than the pictures hahahaha,they have a tea area with the views of the buildings, a huge bath tubs, a place for us to chill and tons of power socket to charge everything! And don't forget their huge projector to watch movies which can connect to your phones or ipad ! How amazing!!!! + The place smells amazingggg( forget to ask the owner what type of fragrance did they use cause it's sooooooo soothing!) + No wonder they call this place an intelligent hotel cause everything is calling out technology in it's superiority 😭😭😭 3. Location! + Please look for the buildings number 5 (there are numbers on the buildings) cause we literally confuse at first and didn't saw the numbers on the building hahahaha and keep going back and forth searching for it lol + Oh god just go down the hotel,there's food market everywhere and tons of convenience store like literally open 24 hours?!!! And its sooo easy for us Muslims to find food cause theres a western halal food name cowboy got busy ( I guess so but there's cowboy in the name hahaha run by a son and his mother) + The place is soooo amazing! I love that there's subway nearby and if you are lazy just get on the Didi and it's cheap tho,so yeah I love the place and the people is soooooo kind😭😭😭

Habitación muy bien, personal de check in muy agradables y hablaban inglés. Realmente es cruzar la calle para llegar a la terminal, más cómodo imposible. Pero la comida es un cuadro, mala mala. No cenéis ahí. El desayuno abundante, pero la calidad es justita.

El servicio que recibimos del personal fue extraordinario. Dispuestos a ayudar más allá de lo que pedíamos. Hicieron mucho más fácil nuestra estancia, esto vale oro Cua do viajas por China

Our stay in Qingyan felt like stepping into a quiet, hidden world where time slows down and everything is designed to soothe the senses. The setting is simply stunning. Surrounded by greenery and a peaceful lake, the property blends perfectly with nature. Sitting by the water under the shade of a large umbrella, with the soft sound of leaves and reflections dancing on the surface, was one of the most relaxing moments of our trip. It feels intimate, almost like having your own private garden. The rooms are equally impressive — modern, warm, and beautifully designed, with large windows that open directly onto the landscape. Waking up to that serene view made every morning feel special. The balance between minimal design and comfort is perfectly executed. We also loved the common areas: elegant indoor spaces with curated details, tea served in a refined and cozy atmosphere, and outdoor areas that invite you to slow down and enjoy the surroundings. Everything feels thoughtfully arranged, never excessive, always harmonious. Breakfast was enjoyable and nicely presented, and the BBQ experience was fun and well-organized, creating a relaxed and social moment. If we had to mention a few small points for improvement: a scale in the room would be a useful addition, the chopsticks provided at breakfast could be of better quality, and while the BBQ experience was great overall, the selection of meat did not fully match our personal taste. That said, these are only minor details in what was otherwise an exceptional stay. This place is truly special — a perfect combination of nature, design, and tranquility. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and refined escape.

En primer lugar, este lugar no es un hotel de cadena del Carlton Hotel. En segundo lugar, se encuentra en el octavo piso de una torre comercial. Como hotel de 3 estrellas clasificado en China, está en la parte alta de la escala dentro. En el hotel, el hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad. En el hotel, me llevó 40 minutos a encontrar mi camino a pasear por el hotel, y habría apreciado más información. Para llegar ahí: Salga de la estación en la plaza occidental, a su derecha, en algún lugar encontrará un camino que conduce a un paso de la carretera. El hotel está a la izquierda cuando entras en el edificio. El estado actual del lobby de ascensor y el ascensor es horrible. Ver fotos. Butts de cigarrillos, y la renovación de la mesa. En la recepción, había una dama en mi frente que estaba atravesando los precios de su habitación. La habitación era muy agradable, pero no había control de Aircon, todo centralizado, pero al menos era frío en Guiyang esa noche. La habitación estaba limpia, las toallas limpias, las hojas limpias, las cucharas no huelen. En realidad, aparte de la marca de sofá y la condición de la rug, todo fue bueno. La recepción estaba dormida bajo el contador. Es mejor reservar un hotel en un área ligeramente mejor y tomar un camión.

Greentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above. I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel. During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened. Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white. On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me. The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up. I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers. Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.

Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。
