Front desk agents are very friendly and helpful on moving my luggages from the street. Because it is on Thursday night stay, therefore the room rate is competitive. But the room rates for Friday, Saturday and Sunday are much higher for me to seek other options. The room carpet needs replacement. There is no luggage rack and space for placing my luggages, except on the floor. Room size is small, therefore more suitable for one double bed instead of two single beds.

一人旅、3泊お世話になりました。
中山国小駅から徒歩10分ほど、駅からホテルまでは1本道なので迷うことはありません。台湾あるあるですが道沿いの建物の屋根があるので、チェックイン当日は雨でしたが10分の距離を大きな荷物を持って歩くのも、雨にうたれることが少なく不快感がなかったです。
フロントの方は日本語で対応してくださいました。
建物自体は古い印象ではありますが、部屋内は清掃が行き届いており清潔感がありました。お水も毎日2本いただけて、タオルもしっかり交換してくださいました。
水回りの備え付けはハンドソープとボディソープ（シャンプーとしても使える？）のみ。アメニティは一切ないです。バストイレはごく一般的なユニットバスの作りでしたので、日本人でも不自由なく使用出来ました。
空調はききすぎることもなく、快適に過ごせました。
少しだけ不便なことをあげるとしたら、当方が泊まった部屋にはベッドまわりにコンセントがありませんでした。
また、部屋の壁が薄いのか隣の部屋のテレビの音が若干聞こえてきました。夜中寝ている時は全く聞こえて来なかったため、こればかりは隣がどんな方かの運になるのかと思いますが…
ホテル近くにはコンビニが数ヶ所、24時間営業のカルフールもあり便利です。個人的に徒歩数分のところにある雙城街夜市のニラ水餃子が絶品なので是非食べて欲しいです◎
台北駅に出るにはMRTの乗り換えが必要ですが、ロケーション的にはさほど不便は感じませんでした。
台北も年々ホテルが高くなってきていますが、こちらのホテルはお値段も良心的なのでおすすめしたいです。

JJayjeejayThe hotel is very professional, nice and clean. The staff is all attentive. The location is just a couple minutes from metro and 5 mins from hip area, Zhongshan, and in walkable distance from the famous night market. Will definitely be back when going to Taipei again.

UUsuario invitado1. Misleading Entrance Signage
Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable.
2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance
When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside?
3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior
After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues.
As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight.
We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of:
- Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance
- Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival
- Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior
We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future.

UUsuario anónimoUbicación: Absolutamente inmejorable, a solo un minuto a pie del aeropuerto de Taipéi, desde el centro comercial subterráneo hasta la superficie.
Insonorización: La insonorización del hotel no era muy buena desde el principio. Podía oír a la familia de la habitación de al lado hablando, a la madre y al niño discutiendo. Lo entiendo, pero eran la 1:30 de la madrugada y seguían haciendo ruido... era extremadamente molesto.
Servicio: No esperaba un servicio de alta calidad de este tipo de hoteles, pero como la habitación de al lado era tan ruidosa, llamé a recepción y les pedí que lo solucionaran. Efectivamente, al cabo de un rato, el ruido disminuyó considerablemente y por fin pude dormir.
Comodidades: La presión del agua era buena, el agua caliente y el aire acondicionado funcionaban bien.
Creo que, al alojarse en un hotel como este, todos deberían ser comprensivos, mantener el nivel de ruido bajo y respetarse mutuamente para disfrutar de una estancia agradable.

Hay un restaurante de fideos con carne al lado; es fácil pasarlo por alto si no se presta atención. La habitación tiene baño privado. Suele estar bastante vacío por las noches. Mucha gente lo usa antes de la salida por la mañana. También hay baños y duchas en el exterior. La habitación está limpia, pero los pasillos y las zonas comunes están un poco desordenados. Está convenientemente ubicado cerca de la Estación Central de Taipéi y la Estación de Ximen.

Además, la parada del autobús directo a la Calle Antigua de Jiufen está a solo diez minutos a pie.
El ambiente y las instalaciones están bien; de hecho, me he alojado aquí más de tres veces en los últimos diez años.
Sin embargo, el servicio de respuesta es algo lento. Llamé a recepción dos veces y, después de 30 minutos, el agua aún no había sido entregada.

CClaireppLa experiencia general del alojamiento es buena. La ubicación es excelente. Está a solo 10 minutos de la estación principal de Taipei y a 10-15 minutos de Ximen. Ambos lados están muy cerca y se puede llegar a ellos caminando. Es muy conveniente.
Las instalaciones de la habitación están completas. El hotel también recuerda que ya no se proporcionan artículos desechables. Debe traerlos usted mismo o comprarlos en el mostrador. La habitación está limpia, pero debe registrarse en el mostrador con anticipación para la limpieza de la habitación. Lo cual es un poco incómodo, pero está bien.
El wifi en la habitación también es muy rápido, por lo que no necesitas usar tus propios datos, lo cual es genial.
Aunque la habitación no tiene ventanas, hay suficiente luz, por lo que las chicas pueden maquillarse. Sin embargo, es mejor tener un espejo con luz blanca o usar la linterna del teléfono para comprobarlo. El baño tiene luz amarilla (para luz adicional). Vi a alguien decir que la luz roja es lo suficientemente brillante para que no pudiera dormir, todo eso fue retocado con Photoshop y sin sentido, vea la imagen 2, apagué todas las luces excepto la del baño, la luz roja no (No es tan brillante en absoluto)
Por fin es seguro entrar y salir. No tengo ningún problema en salir sola después de las 11 de la noche para comprar la cena o para que me den un masaje.
La experiencia en general es muy buena. Se lo he recomendado a mis amigos y me hospedaré aquí nuevamente la próxima vez que venga a Taipei.

Si uno se anima, también se puede llegar a Dihua Street andando. Se puede ir a pie a restaurantes populares como Fuhang Doujiang y Shuangyue Food Co., lo que significa que no habrá problemas para encontrar comida o hacer compras desde la mañana hasta la noche.
Las habitaciones están en los pisos 5 al 7 de un edificio multiusos. Aunque son pequeñas, apenas cabiendo una cama doble, hay una especie de balcón interior al fondo de la habitación con una mesita y sillas, donde se puede comer la comida para llevar o incluso abrir la maleta.
