Excelente ubicación, buena relación calidad-precio, pero con una insonorización relativamente deficiente; una buena opción para quienes buscan una buena relación calidad-precio. El personal es amable y profesional. Siempre elijo este restaurante cuando voy a Taiwán.

El hotel es un hotel muy sencillo. Me permitieron entrar después de registrarme aproximadamente una hora antes. La primera habitación no estaba lo suficientemente limpia y un poco sucia. Por favor ayúdenme a cambiar la habitación inmediatamente después de informarlo. La recepción del hotel está abierta las 24 horas. El personal del mostrador es muy proactivo y le preguntará si necesita ayuda. La ubicación es muy conveniente Hay un ascensor en la puerta de abajo al mostrador. The location was convenient for me and it's quiet. Staff was nice. It's possible to do the laundry there but... The dryer doesn't work, which is terrible when one has to dry everything inside a room. The window faces a wall and some of the bars or else are a bit noisy but nothing dramatic. The room and bathroom were clean.

It's a 4-storey building with a basement. Ground floor to third floor are hotel rooms (around 3 - 4 rooms per floor) & the basement is a pantry area with free tid-bits & drinks (some packed drinks & mineral water) for you to take as you like. Self-service check-in/ check-out at the Ground Floor counter. After booking, the hotel customer service will send you self check-in procedure & passwords to enter the main door & key box. Upon check-out, just leave the room key in the key box at the counter & lock it up. Pros: - good location, walking distance (10 ‐ 20 minutes) to nearby MRT stations (Zhongshan & Shuanglian stations), Shin Kong Mitsukoshi shopping mall, Ningxia night market (famous local street food), Dihua Street, Chifeng Street (a lot of trendy fashion boutiques, unique thrifted/ pre-loved fashion stores, cafes/ restaurants/ drinking bars). - good high water pressure for the shower, hot water is stable Cons: - no lift, only staircase (if you're staying upper levels, it may be difficult for you to carry your luggage to the room) - room is a bit small, it could barely fit a big luggage (2 may be difficult) - no full length mirror in the room, only a bathroom mirror in the bathroom (the lighting in the bathroom is dim)

The most common bathroom mishap is falling in a shower without a bath partition/barrior/curtain. Without a bath mat, bathroom floors will become slippery. I'm hoping for an improvement in this situation. Overall, I appreciate the accessible location, courteous service, and convenience for adventurous traveler(s). The location of this hotel is great as is situated directly opposite Taiwan Station. Many undergone shops connected directly from hotel elevator. Within walking distance to shin kong mitukoshi mall and many eatery nearby the hotel. On a side note - hotel running on thin manpower. Front office quite clearly shortage of staff and no proper direction which counter for check-in and check-out. Some of the staff onsite in suits does not marshal guests around. they simply stood there even the traffic was really heavy over the weekend. From my observation, room service seems like manning with minimum manpower to serve and run a hotel with 400 rooms capacity. ? Over in laundry room - for a designated hotel with 400+ rooms ＞ only has 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. This need to be improved. Everyone were queing and we need to run backforth many times. Remember hospitality industry is to serve with a HEART. The room was spacious and clean but we noticed the paint on our room ceiling was half done - joke aside we were wondering they run out of paints.

Stayed for one night. Check-in was very efficient, took about 3 minutes total. Staff were helpful; in fact, they helped an elderly gentleman who has trouble walking to his room. Room is spacious enough and has sufficient amenities for its price point. Only minor downside is the only window is in the bathroom.
