Cuando se llega no se tiene muchas expectativas ya que está ubicado en un callejón… ya entrando muy buen trato de los muchachos del mostrador, el cuarto sumamente limpio sin quejas, la comida bastante buena, si mejor no abrir la cortina porque nos quedó en la escalera de emergencia en la ventana y la vista del vecindario tampoco es muy bonita, la ubicación excelente tiene una tienda de coveniencia al lado y varios restaurantes de comida rápida muy cerca, quedamos muy contentos con miras a regresar en algún momento

The room we stayed is clean, spacious and with bright lighting, good. Each room has its own bathtub with running hot spring water.
Very near to hot spring valley, and can walk to the museum and library. Around 15 mins walk (1km) to Carrefour Supermarket and Metro Station.
We had a relax two nights stay here.

The private hot spring and sauna experience was excellent. Being able to soak and then rest in our own room — alternating between bathing and relaxing — made it especially enjoyable. The room was not small and was perfectly adequate for two people. Ours even had a small window overlooking the library across the street. Beitou residents are truly fortunate — this place is simply beautiful.
The breakfast was also delicious. Their curry was not the typical Japanese style, nor was it Indian; it seemed closer to a Southeast Asian style — I’m not entirely sure, but it was absolutely flavorful. If we return in the future, I would gladly stay here again.
Each guest is entitled to one complimentary public bath session per day. However, since our room was so comfortable, we chose not to use it. It’s essentially just a larger communal pool.

El hotel es muy agradable.. ubicación muy conveniente.. Supermercado (Carrefour), restaurantes, valle de la Tierra, Museo de primavera caliente Beitou, Biblioteca Pública Taipei Beitou Branch (concepción única), Estación Historica Xinbeitou, a pocos pasos.. Además, el hotel tiene una primavera caliente y unas vacaciones, podemos aliviar nuestra fatiga y cansancio después de pasear el día.. El desayuno del hotel también es bueno.. Ofrecen tipos de variedad como ********* (musliros,Oden etc.) , pan y pasteles, congee, dessert etc.. En general, es una buena experiencia y se recomienda totalmente.

UUsuario invitado1. Misleading Entrance Signage
Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable.
2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance
When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside?
3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior
After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues.
As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight.
We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of:
- Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance
- Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival
- Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior
We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future.

UUsuario anónimoUbicación: Absolutamente inmejorable, a solo un minuto a pie del aeropuerto de Taipéi, desde el centro comercial subterráneo hasta la superficie.
Insonorización: La insonorización del hotel no era muy buena desde el principio. Podía oír a la familia de la habitación de al lado hablando, a la madre y al niño discutiendo. Lo entiendo, pero eran la 1:30 de la madrugada y seguían haciendo ruido... era extremadamente molesto.
Servicio: No esperaba un servicio de alta calidad de este tipo de hoteles, pero como la habitación de al lado era tan ruidosa, llamé a recepción y les pedí que lo solucionaran. Efectivamente, al cabo de un rato, el ruido disminuyó considerablemente y por fin pude dormir.
Comodidades: La presión del agua era buena, el agua caliente y el aire acondicionado funcionaban bien.
Creo que, al alojarse en un hotel como este, todos deberían ser comprensivos, mantener el nivel de ruido bajo y respetarse mutuamente para disfrutar de una estancia agradable.

Hay un restaurante de fideos con carne al lado; es fácil pasarlo por alto si no se presta atención. La habitación tiene baño privado. Suele estar bastante vacío por las noches. Mucha gente lo usa antes de la salida por la mañana. También hay baños y duchas en el exterior. La habitación está limpia, pero los pasillos y las zonas comunes están un poco desordenados. Está convenientemente ubicado cerca de la Estación Central de Taipéi y la Estación de Ximen.

El refrigerador hace ruidos eléctricos y de refrigeración extremadamente fuertes. Me despierta en mitad de la noche y apago el refrigerador, pero sigue haciendo ruidos dos horas después.
La habitación es grande, pero solo hay un champú y ducha dos en uno, lo que hace que mi cabello esté súper seco y duro después del lavado.
Está demasiado lejos de la estación de MRT y tienes que caminar hasta la estación de tren para llegar allí.
También había una luz roja que no figuraba en la página de inicio y solo se anunció cuando llegamos al lugar, dejándonos completamente desprevenidos. Los siguientes dos hoteles en los que me alojé tenían luces rojas, pero ninguna tan exagerada como ésta.
Lo más importante es que no sé qué genio del diseño podría poner los botones de las dos luces detrás de la almohada. Las luces se encenderán cuando te acuestes y se encenderán de nuevo cuando te levantes y te choques con ella. El punto clave es que las luces estén justo encima de tu cara.
De hecho, la razón principal es que la cama es demasiado dura y la persona en general está muy mal. Esta es la razón principal. Si no fuera por esta razón principal, el descanso sería tolerable. Sin embargo, la cama, el refrigerador, Las luces, la distancia y otros factores combinados hacen que la experiencia de estadía sea muy mala. Si uno se anima, también se puede llegar a Dihua Street andando.
