Me alojé con dos niños menores de 6 años por un total de 6 noches. Los chicos y chicas de recepción fueron muy amables, me dieron dos botellas de agua tibia y trajeron pantuflas y cepillos de dientes a los niños, fueron muy lindos. La entrega urgente de comida para llevar se puede recibir en la recepción y entregar mediante robots. La tía que limpia la habitación del piso 18 también es muy amable y sincera, limpia la habitación todos los días porque somos muchos y hasta nos regala unas botellas de agua extra, muchas gracias a ella. Overall, the stay was good. The only downside was that the toilet lock was broken and couldn’t be locked, but it was still acceptable for us. The location is convenient, near the train station, and overall the place is nice.

Convenient location for my purposes, a 12 minute walk from the main railway station. The hotel is comfortable, clean and quiet. The bedroom (and the bed itself) were of a good size. Tea and coffee facility in the room. Wifi was good.

All good. Location, service staffs, public transport to sights, cleanliness and amenities. Service staffs at check-in are very nice, helpful and professional. And due to that I decided to stay on for another night. The hotel is located just outside Jinan Railway Station (take south exit 南出口). Super convenient. To visit sights there is a public bus stop just outside the hotel (take right once exit the hotel) within 5 mins walk. Take bus K3 to sights and K51. Room is clean. Housekeeping has done a great job. The room amenities are adequate. They do not sting on items. Is is also easy to look for food once outside the hotel. There is also a Macdonald. Overall, all good and super convenient. Good recommendation by Trip.com.

AAL1988This hostel is exactly what a solo traveler needs. It’s near a metro station with a good price and lots of equipment.
The hostel is big enough and everyone has his own locker and slippers. The hostel staff are very friendly and helpful.
The beds are comfortable and there is an AC in every room. I totally suggest this hostel to anyone coming to Jinan staying short or long.
The location is right behind the Daming Hu (Daming Lake) and there are various shops around it.
I stayed in this hostel for more than a week and I was absolutely amazed and satisfied.

Como extranjero en un viaje de negocios solo a China, cuando mi teléfono no podía conectarse a la red local, significaba que no tenía manera de pagar por nada. Me llenó un sentimiento de inútilidad estar solo en un país extranjero.
Después de oír esto, el personal del hotel se encontró inmediatamente en un centro de servicio de China Unicom donde podía obtener una tarjeta SIM utilizando mi pasaporte. La mañana siguiente, la Sra. Chu Yi del escritorio frontal, preocupada por mi barrera lingüística y la dificultad de llegar, ofreció proactivamente acompañarme al centro de servicio para ayudar con los procedimientos. El momento en que mi teléfono se conectó con éxito a la red, lo que sentí no fue sólo la restauración de una señal, sino un profundo sentido de alivio.
El personal de la casa preparaba un adaptador de energía en mi habitación, y el personal del restaurante recomendaba entusiastas comidas deliciosas y agradables durante mis comidas. Desde la iniciativa excepcional de Chu Yi en la mesa delantera hasta el cuidadoso y caliente servicio de la custodia y el restaurante, sus acciones encarnaron perfectamente el significado de ”un hogar lejos de casa. ”Esto transcende la nacionalidad”es todo sobre cuidados de corazón.
Jinan es una ciudad caliente, pero Atour es aún más caliente. En todas mis futuras viajes de negocios a China, decidi que me quedaré en Atour. Deseo a Atour y a la maravillosa Sra. Chu Yi todo lo mejor.

UUsuario invitadoI found what looked like an engorged tick or bedbug crawling up my bed. The hotel is pretty and I booked it for 1 night as a luxury treat so I could get a good rest for my layover stop to another destination. My room smelt like stale smoke unfortunately, though I had asked for non-smoking. I paid extra on my booking for breakfast and had to wake up at 6am, eat breakfast at 6.30am and go to the airport at 7.20am. My room had a bathtub so I took a bath before bedtime and went to bed at midnight, I got up to go switch the lamp off at 1am and found this bug crawling up the side of my bed going towards me. I think it's either a tick or a bed bug, the body was full of blood. It had 6 or 8 legs, difficult to see but I took a video which doesn't allow me to upload. I don't have any problems with normal bugs such as spiders, but if it is a tick or bedbug it is a big problem. I was really worried there were more hiding inside the bed, I called reception for help and they looked at the bug which I caught in a glass cup. They apologised deeply and changed my room, so I had to move at 1.30am. I explained I was already tired and have to wake up early. In the new room I was unable to sleep as I kept worrying about bed bugs. I got up multiple times to check my bed. And there was a noisy couple next door talking loudly until very late so I couldn't sleep. For a luxury hotel you should not need to loose a whole night's sleep because you are worried about bedbugs or ticks biting you. Nor should be able to hear noise from other guests through the wall. I was extremely exhausted the next day and did not have any appetite. I asked if they could refund the extra I paid for breakfast because I couldn't eat it, but they said it wasn't possible. So I forced myself to try eat 1 egg and some small rice porridge but couldn't finish it. Really expensive to pay for breakfast and hardly eat, it's a shame they couldn't refund the breakfast considering I had no sleep. For a 5* hotel, I would like to have good rest and peaceful sleep. But it was not like that. The staff were very kind and helpful, but it's not so easy to travel here alone. It was not easy to book a taxi for the following morning to the airport and it took 40 minutes of assistance, the man was very kind and helpful, but the hotel should make an easier system for foreign guests to book taxi. When I first arrived in Jinan airport, I had no idea how to get to the hotel. There is no ATM inside the hotel so you cannot withdraw cash, and you cannot pay with foreign card to book a taxi. The shangri-la website did not provide any details for public transport. It simply said bus transfer was available but did not say which number bus. I would give the details here but I have forgotten the route name and bus number now as it was hectic and I was very tired, sorry. I had to waste a lot of time trying to ask for help at the airport as the staff did not speak English. Luckily someone helped me. The bus will cost 20yuan and take you into the centre where you will see the intercontinental hotel and a large shopping mall on the left side of the bus, get off at that stop, it takes 1 hour. From there it's only 5 minutes walk to shangri-la. For a big hotel they should provide easy instructions on the website to guests.
The staff apologised deeply for the bug on the bed, and offered 10% reduction of the room rate. Although when I checked out no refund was given and they didn't mention anything about it, I think they just charged full price. Personally I think 10% is not enough anyway. Nobody wants to change rooms at 1.30am because of bugs crawling on the bed. I didn't get any sleep at all and felt itchy because I kept thinking about bugs and couldn't eat the breakfast. I was absolutely exhausted the following day so I was unable to do anything at my next destination and had to waste 1 day more to rest. Unfortunately not an easy experience at the shangri-la.

Once you get past the first floor shock, what you get is almost full hotel vibes. The ”soft water” that they provided makes your skin feels smooth too.
