El propietario de este hotel local está realmente dedicado a su negocio. Después de reservar la habitación, en mitad de la noche, el propietario vino a saludarme personalmente. Hay servicio gratuito de recogida y regreso a lugares pintorescos y el desayuno cuesta 10 yuanes por persona. Realmente se necesita mucho esfuerzo para conseguir que una casa tenga este aspecto. Aunque no es un hotel de alta gama, es práctico.

Hotel muy bonito y limpio, buena ubicación, el personal es muy servicial, el servicio de habitaciones excelente.

Mi marido y yo tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en este hotel. ¡La limpieza y los servicios son 100%! La habitación es elegante, con buena iluminación y equipada con todas las necesidades. Reservaremos nuevamente la próxima vez.

El hotel es verdaderamente lujoso, con un ambiente de primera clase y un centro de convenciones en la planta baja. Aunque se encuentra en una zona exclusiva, está convenientemente ubicado para comer y hacer compras gracias a las numerosas tiendas y comercios que se encuentran en la planta baja. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y luminosas, y aunque la decoración no es nueva, está bien cuidada para ser un hotel de cinco estrellas. El único pequeño inconveniente es la necesidad de usar tres ascensores para llegar al sótano, pero es perfectamente aceptable para una estancia corta. El Big Corn, donde se encuentra el hotel, presume de uno de los mejores espectáculos de luces nocturnas del país, pero esto sacrifica un poco la vista desde las habitaciones. En resumen, este es un auténtico hotel de cinco estrellas que vale la pena probar.

First and foremost, I would like to extend my gratitude to the Front Office Department for their warm welcome and efficient check-in process. The staff members were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable from the moment I arrived. Additionally, I would like to commend the Service Department for their outstanding dedication to guest satisfaction. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns, the service team consistently exceeded my expectations with their attentiveness and professionalism. Furthermore, I would like to recognize the Back Office Department for their behind-the-scenes efforts in maintaining the hotel's operations seamlessly. From housekeeping to administrative tasks, their commitment to excellence contributed significantly to the overall positive experience during my 3 day stay. Stayed for 6 nights. I do not usually give poor reviews as I know competition amongst hotels is tough but I do want to share my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision. Overall, my stay was alright but not outstanding (probably subpar for China’s hospitality standards). An aspect I enjoyed was the location. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Yanzhuang metro station. As this hotel is located in residential area, food/lifestyle options are largely catered to locals - not too worry as they are mostly modern and suitable for the younger crowds too. For the negative aspects: 1. I felt that the service provided by hotel staffs were mediocre at best. The vibes I got was that they hated their job and being there. Basic things was not done on check-in day. For eg. introducing the hotel and its facilities, establishing communications, and informing me of my entitlements - free afternoon tea on day of check-in, check-out timing, daily coffee etc. When I returned to the hotel to rest, they would stare at me coldly which made me fairly uncomfortable. 2. Daily housekeeping was done properly and thoroughly, although there was an incident where housekeeping entered the room at 10.30am when I was still asleep. I do feel its quite inappropriate to enter the room that early, especially on a Saturday. The hotel should strongly consider fixing the housekeeping indicator or implementing a mechanism so that housekeeping knows when to enter the room. 3. Maintenance of the room could be improved. For example, the toilet flush was barely working (required multiple flushes after each use) and the water temperature fluctuates a lot when showering. The light switches were not intuitive to use and some were spoilt too. In summary, I was taken aback by the subpar standard as other branches from this hotel chain has been excellent. While I enjoy the convenient location, I will probably not stay here again the next time I visit Zhengzhou. Please feel free to contact me if you require further information. Thanks.

La tienda es muy espaciosa y tiene un ambiente genial. La experiencia fue muy cómoda. Es fácil de encontrar; el logotipo grande se ve de inmediato. El ambiente es excelente y el personal es muy amable, educado y atento. Le daría cinco estrellas. Ofrece servicio de recogida y regreso al aeropuerto; tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio.

El personal fue muy servicial y paciente, considerando mi limitado conocimiento del chino. La habitación era vieja y bastante desgastada, pero las sábanas y toallas estaban limpias, el aire acondicionado funcionaba y no había mal olor. Originalmente reservé 3 noches, pero amplié mi estancia otras 3, así que, en general, la relación calidad-precio fue buena, considerando el bajo precio.

Cada mes viajaré a la zona portuaria de Hangzhou varias veces y habitaré en el hotel Wanxia. Salir de la estación de metro de Doble Lake y caminar junto al lago pronto llegará al hotel. Las hermosas mujeres que reciben la recepción del primer piso siempre son tan amables y familiares. Las habitaciones que me arreglan son muy satisfactorias cada vez. El ambiente del hotel es bueno, las instalaciones están equipadas, el transporte es conveniente, la higiene limpia y el servicio es excelente!!
