Tuve una experiencia increíble en este hotel y sin duda le doy 5 estrellas. El servicio fue excepcional: el personal fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarme con lo que necesitara. Me hicieron sentir realmente bienvenido y cómodo durante toda mi estancia. La ubicación es perfecta, justo en el centro, lo que hizo que todo fuera muy cómodo y de fácil acceso. Me ahorró mucho tiempo e hizo que mi viaje fuera mucho más agradable. A mi me gusta este hotel , es la segunda vez q me quedo ahí por la atención maravillosa , amo el robot q me lleva la comida a la habitación lo céntrico q queda de Dalian bureau para hacer visa los extranjeros y que tengo el WeChat del hotel que por ahí me informan cualquier cosa y evitamos el problema del idioma . Solo que esta vez el precio fue más elevado que mi estancia anterior q era solo 70 ¥ y ahora fueron más de 200 ¥

Reservamos este hotel con un mes de antelación para nuestro viaje de Año Nuevo a Dalian. Como llegamos temprano, le preguntamos al personal si podíamos dejar nuestro equipaje y salir, y amablemente nos permitieron hacer el check-in antes de tiempo. Excellent location near metro and train stations, near malls and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and clean. Only complaint is smoking is allowed in hallways and the smell will go into rooms. Hard to believe in this day and age smoking is still allowed indoors in Chinese hotels. Be sure to ask for a non smoking room

Hotel team very nice and helpful, although the swimming pool was under maintenance which was disappointing, not a bad area, breakfast was advertised but not available although they offered to make it when I discovered no food in the western restaurant at breakfast, management were professional to try and help but breakfast should already be ready at advertised time

Justo enfrente está el puente de la bahía de Xinghai, y por la noche, el espectáculo de luces es absolutamente fascinante. Me encantó la señorita Dansey. Había comentado que mi hijo celebraba su cumpleaños y pedí una habitación en un piso superior, y no esperaba que una simple nota se convirtiera en una sorpresa tan grande. La habitación estaba decorada de forma muy romántica, con luces de cumpleaños, adornos y pétalos en la cama, y un pastel de cumpleaños de cortesía del hotel. ¡Todo fue inolvidable para el niño! Al hacer el check-in, nos dijeron que nos regalaban un pastel, y cuando les dijimos que el cumpleaños del niño era al día siguiente, nos trajeron otro pastel de terciopelo rojo, diciendo que era para que probáramos cuál nos gustaba más.
El desayuno era sencillo pero delicioso, especialmente la tortilla hecha al momento con huevo, ostras y repollo (no sé cómo se llama), ¡la recomiendo encarecidamente!

Only the guys at the reception speak good English and all questions had to be resolved with them, including the restaurant menu - no one in the restaurant, even with my use of a Chinese online translator, could help me with questions about the menu and when I asked the person at the reception to help me understand the menu, it turned out that the kitchen could not cook either the first course from the menu or the second. With dietary restrictions and allergies, you can die of hunger here.
I consider it unacceptable to have non-English-speaking staff in a franchise of an English establishment.
The cook at breakfast talks on the phone right at the place where food is prepared during breakfast. I wanted to ask him a question about the dishes on the first day - he was texting on the phone, on the second day he was directly talking on the phone.
The dishes at breakfast are either not named at all or are named only in Chinese.
There was no seller in the store at the hotel no matter how many times I went in to buy a T-shirt. In the end, I tried on what I was interested in at the store, chose it and went to the reception to pay for it. The next day, a salesperson appeared in the store and told me that the T-shirt I bought the day before had a 20% discount for a month, but when I paid for it, I paid it full price and thus I was deceived by 20% of the cost of the T-shirt and did not give any receipt.
The pool is very small and not deep for such a huge hotel. If there is someone else in the pool besides your partner, there is not enough space.
The sea near the hotel is dirty. Nothing is suitable for swimming - there are no sun loungers, there is no space on the beach specifically for the guests of the hotel. The beach is across the road from the hotel.
There was only one coffee machine at breakfast and it didn't work both days. You could ask a restaurant worker for coffee.
The hotel by the way has a cool energetic staff and that's nice. The room cleaning is high-quality.
There are renovations going on at the hotel and guests can't use all the hotel areas.
