Oriental aesthetics in every corner The guesthouse is converted from a century-old traditional Bai courtyard house. With its grey-tiled roofs, white walls, and beautifully carved wooden structures, the space carries a quiet sense of history and elegance. The courtyard features water elements, stone paths, and blue and yellow lanterns that create beautiful layers of light and shadow during the day. At night, the soft lighting outlines the architecture and gives the entire space a warm, cinematic atmosphere. The common areas are equally charming, with a stone-built fireplace, vintage furniture, and art pieces thoughtfully placed throughout. The design blends traditional Eastern aesthetics with modern touches, creating a space that feels both timeless and refined. Comfort with thoughtful details Our room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. A stone feature wall behind the bed, paired with soft bedding and warm lighting, created a subtle sense of “wild luxury” while still feeling cosy and relaxed. Opening the window reveals the courtyard view — waking up to birdsong in the morning and watching the lanterns glow in the evening adds a special charm to the stay. Warm and attentive service From booking to check-out, the hosts were welcoming and attentive. Upon arrival, they introduced the history of the house and highlighted the design features of the property, and were happy to recommend nearby restaurants and local spots to explore. The afternoon tea was beautifully presented, with fresh fruit and delicate snacks — perfect for enjoying a slow afternoon in the courtyard. Breakfast included some local Bai-style flavours, simple yet delicious, and a lovely way to start the day. A peaceful location near the old town The guesthouse is tucked away in Zhongyin Village at the foot of Cangshan Mountain, about a 15-minute drive from Dali Ancient Town. It offers a quiet retreat away from the crowds while still being conveniently close to the main attractions. Surrounded by village life and forested hills, the air feels fresh and full of the scent of nature. More than just a place to stay, Mutian Time feels like a living piece of art. It brought a sense of calm and poetry to our trip to Dali. La habitación era espaciosa y muy limpia, con ventanas grandes que ofrecían una vista hermosa de la montaña Cangshan. El dueño nos ayudó con el equipaje al llegar, un detalle muy amable. El arroz con fideos del desayuno estaba delicioso, mucho mejor que el de la calle (era más suave). También nos dio una guía con itinerarios para el casco antiguo y el lago Erhai. Al irnos, el dueño nos volvió a ayudar con el equipaje y hasta nos regaló dos botellas de agua. ¡Fue una estancia excelente!

El lugar más satisfactorio para alojarse cuando viaja a Yunnan. La casera es una persona muy agradable. Básicamente ella puede resolver cualquier problema que tengas, así que no tendrás que preocuparte por ser estafado. La habitación estaba muy limpia y afuera, a través de la ventana que iba del suelo al techo, se veía el lago Erhai, como si fuera una pintura. Cada mañana, cuando miraba hacia afuera, mi estado de ánimo mejoraba durante todo el día. Aquí está la imagen original. Soy demasiado perezoso para editarlo. Será más impactante cuando lo veas con tus propios ojos.

El propietario es muy amable y el servicio es muy bueno. Recomiendo totalmente alojarse aquí. La ubicación es en el centro de la ciudad antigua y es fácil llegar aquí y hacer compras en la ciudad.

El hotel está a 10 minutos caminando de la Antigua Dali que es la parte más interesante de la ciudad para visitar. El personal de recepción fue muy amable nos pidió taxis cuando necesitamos y nos consiguió adaptador de enchufe que no llevábamos. Aunque no hablaban ingles nos entendimos con el traductor. Las camas muy buenas.

Este viaje coincidió con el cumpleaños de mi novia, así que me comuniqué con la dueña del B&B con anticipación y le pedí que decorara la habitación. Cuando proporcioné los materiales, el jefe me ayudó con entusiasmo a decorar la habitación de forma gratuita. Reservamos la habitación Sunset Molten Gold. La habitación está muy bien diseñada. Tiene pavimento de piedra y guijarros. Es de muy alta gama. Hay una fragancia amaderada en la habitación y huele muy cómodo. inteligente, lo cual es muy elogiado. A través de los grandes ventanales se puede ver el lago Erhai a lo lejos y la iluminación es muy buena. Se estima que toda la sala tiene más de 30 metros cuadrados. La experiencia de quedarnos aquí es muy buena. Vinimos aquí para tomar fotos de bodas. Este lugar también está muy cerca de Yuansheng.

Estamos muy satisfechos. Todo el equipo que trabaja han sido un 10, poniendonos mil facilidades: desde un cambio de dia por problemas nuestros de transporte, la busqueda de un transporte a un pueblo a 3 horas y una habitacion increible en nuestra segunda parte de la estancia. El sitio es precioso muy moderno y con mucha paz. El desayuno de tipo oriental no estaba mal, pero nuestros estómagos occidentales no es lo que mas nos atrae. Muy muy bien ubicado en plena calle principal pero sin ruidos. Todo un 10!

Se proporciona recogida gratuita en taxi desde la estación de tren. En China, es necesario que charlemos para comunicarnos con el local y el hotel. Desayuno occidental y chino. La habitación es grande y cómoda. No hay muchas vistas desde el hotel. Entrega de sopa de postre dulce en la habitación por la noche. El personal es muy servicial y amable.

¡Tuvimos una estadía increíble! Todo fue fabuloso. Un agradecimiento especial a 管家小巧 en la recepción y a la hermosa sirena de cola roja que siempre nadaba para interactuar con nosotros después de los espectáculos de sirenas. ¡Gracias por hacer que nuestras vacaciones fueran tan mágicas!
