Elegí este B&B en Shuishe, cerca del Lago Sol y Luna. Como viajaba en autobús 🚌 y la parada está en Shuishe, alojarme allí fue muy conveniente. Shuishe cuenta con restaurantes, tiendas de conveniencia, tiendas de souvenirs y tiendas de regalos. El B&B ofrecía algunos descuentos a los huéspedes, como un billete de barco de un día por solo NT$200, NT$100 más barato que el precio original. Reservé la Habitación Doble Cielo Azul, que era muy espaciosa. Tenía una pequeña terraza. Sin embargo, la terraza daba al edificio del hotel que estaba detrás, así que no me apetecía sentarme allí. Había una mesita de té en la habitación, como una mesa de tatami, y junto a ella había un peluche de tiburón y dos gaviotas: ¡qué monada! Viajando sola durante varios días, tener de repente un tiburón como compañía disipó por completo cualquier sensación de soledad 😆. El baño tenía bidé 🚿 y el asiento del inodoro era de los que se calientan al enchufarlo. En general, estaba limpio, e incluso las sábanas y toallas tenían un agradable aroma a recién lavadas. La casa de huéspedes ofrece bolsitas de té, café, champú, acondicionador, gel de ducha, pasta de dientes, cepillos de dientes, zapatillas y bastoncillos de algodón. También hay una cafetera y galletas disponibles en la planta baja para los huéspedes. El desayuno se sirve en porciones individuales. Ese día, me sirvieron fruta, huevos fritos, cerdo frito, una rebanada de baguette, nuggets de pollo fritos, patatas fritas y una pequeña cantidad de verduras. Esto podría no ser suficiente para los hombres. Very comfortable small private capsule, just enough to put luggage and still not feel too crammed. Everywhere are clean, including the bathroom. Customer service was great, very informative on the activities around the area (with diacounted prices). Location very close to the shopping area with food and the pier :)

This is our first time staying in a high class hotel. It certainly felt luxurious, wonderful rooms and excellent service. The attentivness of the staff was fantastic and the buffet in the Crimson Restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was fantastic many many options all of which were high quality, fresh and tasty! The gym for a luxurious hotel was a let down, incredibly basic, but that is my only complaint. The onson baths were magnificent, the naked hot spring onson on site was nice, The views from every room as far as I cab tell are amazing the lake is and landscape is breathtaking and the hotel is cleverly designed to maximise this and the viewing of the landscapes. We stayed in a japanese based room with tatami floors and futon beds. The lake view rooms are significantly nicer and upon reflection I wish I had booked that one, but the japanese rooms was still a great experience and very comfortable. If we were to return to sunmoon we would gladly stay here again. The real highlights are the staff, the landscape/views and the buffet. All make for an unforgettable stay.

The hotel is situated within 3 minutes walk from Ita Thao Ferry Pier. We stayed 2 nights at the high floor lake view room and enjoyed the fantastic and serene view from our balcony. The room is spacious, clean and have comfortable beds. The night market and shops are just downstairs with plenty to eat and shop. If you enjoy calm, peace and relax stay, you should stay in this nice hotel.

Location: Near the lake; near bike rental, food street. Amenities: gym is very broken. Almost everything is broken. There is a gaming station only for 1 person. There is a swimming pool which closes at 5.30pm There are 2 pool tables. Service: very good

This place is beautiful! Our room offers a lovely garden view, and the restaurant provides a stunning view of the mountain lake. There is an open common balcony with chairs and tables, along with a hot and cold water dispenser for guests to enjoy. While there is no air conditioning in the room, Nantou County's cooler mountain climate makes it comfortable. The bed is equipped with an electric warmer to ensure our comfort. The owner and staff were very helpful in assisting us with our luggage to our room. There is also a Filipino staff member who made our stay even more enjoyable. They offer unlimited hot coffee and hot chocolate, which is a wonderful perk. The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating; he even drove us to our next hotel. Thank you, Sir.🥰 Keep in mind that the hotel is situated uphill. If you don't have a car or any form of transportation, it's manageable to walk the 15 minutes downhill to the bus station, although it can be challenging with luggage. The return journey uphill can be tiring, making it less suitable for seniors. However, young people who enjoy hiking and don’t mind walking will likely appreciate the location. Buses are available to Cingjing Farm, the Swiss Garden, and other nearby tourist spots, but access is limited without your own car. If you do have one, you will truly enjoy this beautiful place! ❤️

The hotel is ok but the room is big. The restaurant in the hotel is a must try. My daughter LOVEs every dishes she ordered. She said, this is the best food she had in Taiwan, so we had two dinners at the hotel. The location of the hotel is not great! We couldn’t get into the local buses to go to Xitou nor to Taichung because the buses were full from the original starting point. However, the hotel offers fare shuttle service to and from Xitou but not Shanlinxi. The front desk lady drove us to Xitou, she was GREAT and very accommodating, she took us to Xitou bus station outside of the normal schedule hours so we can catch the bus back to Taichung. We would come back again with our car to get to different areas in Xitou again.

Amazing accommodation, great location for tourists. We got a beautiful room overlooking the lake, stunning views. Amazing bath tub with a view. Staff super helpful.
