Everything is good except when check out there is only 1 staff working. I would like to suggest during peak hour arrange more staff for handing check in & check out. I almost miss my train to Montreux.

¡Gracias Hotel Rossli! Pasé una noche estupenda con ustedes. Me dieron una habitación individual con baño independiente, muy limpia. La habitación es bastante amplia y está limpia. Está cerca de Interlaken West, a unos 5 minutos a pie. Hay una tienda Coop y una farmacia muy cerca. El personal fue fantástico y muy atento. Tienen consigna de equipaje. El desayuno es fantástico y tiene mucha variedad. Este hotel es muy recomendable :)

1st time visit Interlaken, I choose to stay at Interlaken Ost. After checking red notes found Interlaken West more popular peoples to stay at that area, there are more restaurants there. Just few minutes walk from the train station towards the hotel. Checking in time is at 16:00, hope this could change. The hotel display lots of vintage items, nice breakfast and good customer service

Great Value & Perfect Base for Interlaken – Hotel Essential by DORITStayed at Hotel Essential by DORIT, it was exactly what we needed for exploring Interlaken.Location: 10/10. You’re 3 min walk from Interlaken West station and right by Lake Thun. Super easy to catch trains to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, or hop on a boat cruise. Tons of restaurants, Coop, and cafés within a 5 min walk. You can’t beat it for convenience.Room: Clean, modern, and smartly designed. We had a Double Room and it made great use of space — comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and a surprisingly good shower with strong water pressure. Not huge, but perfect for travelers who are out all day. The views of the mountains from upper floors are a bonus.Cleanliness: Spotless. Housekeeping did a great job daily, and the whole property feels fresh and new. Breakfast: Simple but quality. Good coffee, fresh bread, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, and fruit. The breakfast room is small but cozy, with big windows. For the price, it’s more than fair. Service: Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly + efficient. They gave solid tips for hikes and printed our train tickets when we asked. The self-check-in kiosk is also handy if you arrive late.Vibe: Minimalist Swiss design with a boutique feel. No pool or spa, but that’s not why you stay here — you’re here to be out in the Jungfrau region all day. The common lounge area is great for planning routes or chilling with a coffee.Minor notes: Walls are a bit thin — we could hear doors closing at night. Also no elevator, so pack light if you’re on a higher floor. Street parking is limited, but the hotel helped us sort a public lot nearby.Overall: For the location, cleanliness, and price point, Hotel Essential by DORIT is hard to beat in Interlaken. It’s unpretentious, modern, and lets you spend your money on experiences instead of the room. Would definitely stay again.Rating: 4.5/5 Perfect for: Couples, solo travelers, or anyone using Interlaken as a base for day trips.

El hotel es un hotel de calidad muy agradable y muy agradable. El hotel dispone de una habitación muy confortable y limpia con 2 baños. El hotel está bien situado, y el hotel está bien situado. Recomendaría, es 10 minutos a pie del OST Interlaken, supermercado de coop, 10 minutos a pie del centro interlaken a lugares de comedor (como chino, indio, cocina occidental e incluso macdonalds ) ! ¡La vista del hotel también fue maravillosa!

Buenas instalaciones que incluyen spa, piscina y gimnasio. Justo al lado de la estación de tren. Servicio bastante bueno en general.

Este hotel ofrece un gran confort para viajeros como nosotros. La habitación es muy espaciosa y está bien equipada. Convenientemente ubicado cerca de una parada de autobús y no muy lejos de la estación de tren de Interlaken West, facilitó la exploración. La recepcionista incluso nos proporcionó un pase gratuito para el transporte público dentro de Interlaken. En general, fue una experiencia maravillosa y disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia.
