So grateful I managed to book this hotel while my first flight was delayed near midnight and I couldn’t catch the next flight back home. Thanks to trip.com I managed to book instantly and just walked over to the hotel right across T3. Had a good night sleep before I catch the next flight home at noon. The reception staff was friendly and showed sympathy and gave me a good room on the quiet side of the hotel.

We were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for. The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable. The wifi might seems have a problem too. On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience. I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

I really enjoyed my stay here so extended it for another day. This hotel has great front desk staff that answer all questions and put me at ease. It has the perfect location for a quick exit, being beside the airport. The restaurant food is delicious. The room I stayed in was clean with airport views. It was quiet and extremely effective at keeping the light out for a great sleep.

Buen hotel si llegas tarde del aeropuerto, queda realmente cerca.

Todo correcto para pasar una noche cerca del aeropuerto. Una cómoda y amplia habitación. Te hacen un cargo de 150$ a la tarjeta de crédito que después te devuelven. El desayuno no está incluido en el precio de la habitación y son 15$ por persona.

La habitación es muy agradable, pero no me gusta la habitación que nos quedamos, pero no me gusta la habitación que nos quedamos. Eligié este lugar para un estacionamiento gratuito y cerca de YYZ. No es bueno si vienes más tarde, pero nos vendieron una botella de vino para llevar a nuestra habitación y nos ordenaron que nos saltáramos los platos.

El hotel estaba muy limpio y tranquilo. Excelente servicio del propietario que se aseguró de que el autobús viniera a recogerme a pesar de que era más de medianoche cuando llegué al aeropuerto. El gerente fue muy servicial al llevar mis maletas a mi habitación y asegurarse de reservar el servicio de transporte para llevarme al aeropuerto a las 6 am. Yo recomendaria altamente este hotel
