Muy lindo lugar, ¡lo disfrutamos mucho! La piscina, la Almuerzo incluido que estuvo muy bueno!

Super beau dejeuné inclus ! Vraiment agréable ! Belle piscine mais apporter vos vestes de flotaison pour vos mousses ! Chambre super belle et propre. Pour ma part jai trouver le lit trop dure mais ce nest pas grave. Les employer sont vraiment super accueuillant !!! Merci malgrer tout bon prix avec le déjeuner inclus ! :)

El cuarto es un poco pequeño, pero el paisaje es bueno. Hay que cambiar dos ascensores arriba y abajo, un poco incómodo. El servicio de recepción es muy cuidadoso y muy amable. La puerta tiene un autocar personal. La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente y la noche está muy tranquila.

¡Buen ambiente! Los artículos de tocador son lelabo y la vista desde la ventana también es muy buena. El servicio en general es bueno, pero la larga cola para salir es el único inconveniente. ¡Todo lo demás es muy lindo! Puede ayudar con el estacionamiento🅿️

Un gran hotel, lo hemos conseguido solo por 115€ a través de Trip.com y de geți los demás hoteles por Canadá solo les hemos adquirido por Trip. com con grandes descuentos. Un Hotelazzo!!! Hemos descansado muy bien después de un día pasear por Quebec y subir a Tadoissac a ver ballenas y volver a Quebec. Tuvimos una gran suerte con este hotel !!!

La habitación estaba limpia e incluía desayuno gratis. Por circunstancias imprevistas, no pude registrarme en el hotel a tiempo, pero Ctrip me ayudó a coordinar y pude reprogramar mi llegada. ¡Gracias, Ctrip, por su atención desde el otro lado del mundo! ¡Y gracias al hotel!

¡Súper agradable! Lo único que los escolares les dejan en las habitaciones es que corre, salta en las habitaciones hasta tarde y empieza a gritar muy, muy temprano.

Fue un viaje en Via Rail, pero la distancia desde la estación de tren es corta y las instalaciones son buenas~~😀 ¡El personal también es amable! lo recomiendo jaja

On the plus side, this hostel is in a PRIME location. We walked all over Old Quebec and loved it! The AC worked GREAT. The beds were pretty comfy. We were not very happy about the fact that we had booked a room through Trip.com that had a private bath. When we arrived they said that the reservation did not specify that, but I showed them the actual reservation and it DID say we had a private bath. They said there was nothing they could do about it and when I said that since I had PAID for a private bath I should at least get a discount, but they were unwilling to do this either. My travel partner said she heard some other people checking in another day and they had a similar problem with the shared bath, so we are wondering if it's a bait and switch thing with the hotel. We also told them the first morning that the light over the sink in our room was burned out or broken and she said they would have someone check it out when they came in. Nobody ever came. The shared bathroom was okay but could definitely be improved by adding a paper towel holder (there was a roll of paper towels sitting on the shelf for a few days, but eventually it all got used and it was not replaced before we left.

Decent room but at a luxury cost. Be careful what you book. The first room (maybe queen?) was really small, dirty, and right near the public bathroom. After upgrading the room was a bit nicer but still not worth the price. This is an ok option if nothing better, but horrendously overpriced.
