The hotel is great-well lit, clean, quiet. Staff is friendly. A great place for family outings and also for conventions. The only complaint I had was there was no tea available in the room, just very good expresso coffee and more device plug ins for usb or usb-c without having to find electrical outlets for blocks. The room we had could have been a little bigger and roomier for the price we paid. It was a long room but accessible to the elevator and ice machine and the flooring is  weird and could be  plushier. (321) I Like the lights going on automatically under bed when getting up in the night. Had 2 queen beds which are comfortable. The pool is wonderful and so is the hot tub which is big( can accommodate 10). The cabanas are wonderful amenities. . Like the proximity to fun places, restaurants and bars and stores—-all within the confines of the Hard Rock Hotel. Important suggestion: because the hotel is attached to other businesses, security is important. 1. Maybe have a gate into the hotel proper with a security guard or paid guests could use room key to get into the hotel from the emporium or other businesses like restaurants.  2. Use room key to work the elevator so no other persons who are not authorized could enter the room floors. Will definitely stay there again. Appreciated getting late checkout. Reception girls are courteous and very helpful and friendly.

The hotel room was recently renovated, and the size was quite comfortable for a family with a child. Breakfast was included in the price, making it a great value. The only downside was that my room faced the street, so it wasn’t as quiet as I had hoped, even though the front desk mentioned that the street is usually quiet at night.

Hotel was quiet considering how close it was to the highway. There is nothing walkable to. Hotel has 1 restaurant but that's about it. We drove to a town about 15 mins away to have dinner. Room was adequate.. bed was fairly comfy, room appeared clean. Fridge was on way too low to be useable. Breakfast was typical.. some hot foods, fruit, juices, bagels, toast, yogurt, coffee. I don't typically risk any of the hot food so settled with a yogurt, a piece of toast and coffee. This location was convenient for our purpose and the price was good for what it was. There was a big mixup with Trip.com not having sent the hotel our payment confirmation but that wasn't the hotel's fault. We resolved it quickly.

Excellent staff - very friendly, kind & knowledgeable. Our room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t have time to check out the pool, but based on other guests I’d say it’s a great bonus to this location! We had free breakfast included, ordered the classic and it was a delicious and sizeable meal that kept us full most of the day! Will certainly be returning when we return to London in the future.

Muy buena estadía. Las camas estaban cómodas y en la noche estaba tranquila. Habitaciones limpias. Fácil de llegar si sales de Hwy 401. Negocios y restaurantes están cerca. desayuno gratis era bueno y tenía una buena variedad.

I stayed at this hotel for my convocation and had a wonderful experience. The common area in the room is quite large, and the bedrooms are a reasonable size. A room with two beds can comfortably sleep four people. The service is five-star, starting with a very smooth check-in process. Additionally, they offer complimentary coffee for breakfast, as well as free luggage storage

The hotel was helpful. We were not able to go because our dog was sick. This happens. We understood that we would loose our money because I didnt have free cancelation or modification. But.... when I received an email stating I would be charged if I didnt check in I was mortified. I searched everywhere on the Trip.com app to see how much I would be charged if I didnt check in, on top of loosing our money. I couldnt find the answer anywhere. I called the hotel and they didnt know. When I made the reservation there was no mention of this extra charge. Needless to say I was upset. So, we made a point of driving to London to check in but not stay at the hotel. We went back home. 3 hour round trip. I won't use Teip.com again. And I will tell all my friends and family the same.

Nos entristeció saber que iban a cerrar la piscina a mitad de nuestra estancia, aunque habíamos llamado con antelación para asegurarnos de que estuviera en funcionamiento. Buen precio por la ubicación y la limpieza. No recomendaría desayunar por la comida, pero el servicio fue bueno.

El servicio fue excelente, el check-in fue rápido y agradable. La cama de la habitación era bastante cómoda y la habitación era espaciosa. Para una estadía de una noche, era justo lo que necesitábamos.

Acabo de regresar de un torneo de hockey este fin de semana en Londres y me hospedé en el Days Inn. La ubicación es excelente. Hay un centro comercial justo al otro lado de la calle. Hay muchos restaurantes muy cerca, tiendas de comestibles, etc. ¡El servicio fue fantástico de principio a fin! ¡El personal de recepción es increíble! ¡Las habitaciones están súper limpias! Siempre ves al personal trabajando duro para mantener la limpieza del hotel. Me quedé muy, muy impresionado. Hay una pequeña nevera en la habitación, lo cual es genial. La televisión era buena. En general, fui muy feliz aquí y definitivamente me quedaría allí nuevamente. Gracias al personal de este hotel.
