I stayed here for one night while I was in BC on a biz trip before catching my flight home. The location was very convenient—only about a 10-minute drive to the airport—and parking was easy thanks to the large front yard. The place itself was lovely: spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and you could really tell the hosts had put a lot of effort into making it comfortable and welcoming. One highlight for me was the washer/dryer combo. It was exceptionally clean and worked perfectly, which was a huge plus after dealing with some less-than-clean laundry facilities elsewhere during my trip. I didn’t get a chance to use the bathtub, but it looked fantastic and had a really unique design. And I have to mention the little details too—the toilet paper was surprisingly high quality, which genuinely made me go 👌🏽👍🏼lol Although there wasn’t air conditioning, the fan provided was more than enough- blows icy breeze. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for somewhere with reasonable price, clean, convenient, and close to the airport.

Este hotel Faremont está ubicado dentro del aeropuerto, en la planta de salidas, entre las terminales nacional e internacional. El baño está muy bien diseñado y equipado con bañera, ducha y WC separado. El colchón me brindó un buen soporte para la espalda y pasamos una noche muy agradable. Desde la ventana se ve la pista de aterrizaje. Podemos ver los aviones despegando y aterrizando. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en este hotel.

El hotel está situado en el primer piso, y el parque de estacionamiento es muy fácil de acceder. La unidad era muy limpia con aparatos modernos. Había una máquina de café Keurig con copos de K-cup. Esta era una de las pocas alquileres en la zona de Vancouver que tenía dos camas reyes, un requisito para mi familia. La ubicación es un paseo de un aeropuerto, un Walmart y varios restaurantes y pizzas. La familia estaba en la parte superior y podíamos oír a un niño correr hacia atrás y hacia fuera hasta muy bien después de las 10:00 pm.

Service: Very professional, efficient and friendly. Check in process was quick. The guy who checked me in ensured I stayed on the same floor as my other family members who booked a different room. Valet service is a nice perk. However, it can take longer waiting for the car vs us going to the car park lot ourselves. Amenities: They have Dyson hairdryer which is a huge plus. Extra amenities are available upon request. Room: Room is as pictured. My room was on the 8th floor and I could see the Richmond night market from my room. Bed is a bit too soft to my liking. Pillows are a bit high and hard. Cleanliness: This is the only category where I wish I could rate zero. Most notably thing I noticed is there's dust on the hairdryer, I was fine with this. Until I got into bed, inspected all 4 of the pillows. Noticed on 2 of them, were a strand of hair (or eyelash?) And some dusts. This pretty much ruined my stay. I pushed these 2 pillows aside to the other side of the bed, after trying my best to attempt to ”clean” them in case I accidentally touched them... It was already past midnight when I got into the room to rest and in to the bed and found out about this. Didn't bother to call the front desk about it. Overall this hotel is great overall. Location is not far from the aberdeen mall as well with car. Service is outstanding. Wish they'd retrain their cleaning staffs though.

It was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and tried their best to arrange an early check-in for me even though it was only about 30 -40 minutes earlier than the official check-in time. Ryan and the manager were both very helpful. The housekeeping staff were also super friendly. I accidentally went to the wrong building and they kindly helped me out. The hotel was clean and tidy as usual. However, there are two things I need to complain about. First, the TVs in the room were still logged into the previous guests Netflix accounts. I couldn’t find a way to log them out so I ended up using their accounts to watch a movie which was a bit weird and concerning. Second, the room door didn’t close properly. I didn’t realize it until I returned to the room a few hours later. I then figured out that you have to pull the door very hard to get it to fully close otherwise people can get into your room without access code.

El hotel no es nuevo, pero el servicio es excelente. En especial, el autobús Suttle estuvo bien. Reservamos el servicio de autobús Suttle y lo usamos al salir hacia el aeropuerto.

We were celebrating a couple of birthdays among friends and were so happy that the hotel had shuttle service from the airport. My friends’ flights were cancelled a couple of times the night before so we were not able to meet in Seattle as planned, so we met at the hotel. Fiona, on staff at Sheraton, kindly received us and assisted us with getting lounge access and breakfast for all so we can relax after being up all night due to flight cancellations. Unfortunately, the following night the hotel suffered a power outage from evening through the next morning causing temperature in the room to vary and hot showers not possible. It could have been seen as a really bad start to the trip but fortunately Fiona came through getting a portion of the night refunded, some hotel points, Starbucks drinks and pastries and late checkout. Fiona was very understanding and accommodating allowing us to continue our trip enjoying it together.

Una habitación bonita y súper limpia. Nada sofisticado.

Muy cerca del aeropuerto, aunque decía 30 minutos por viaje para el servicio de transporte gratuito, es posible que el servicio de transporte no llegue a tiempo, pero hasta ahora está bien para la estancia.

La ubicación es buena, dependiendo de dónde quieres ir. La parada de autobús está a pocos pasos de la casa. Hay una iglesia cerca. En oposición a la casa puedes encontrar un apartamento de baja altura. La casa y el cuarto que me queda son muy limpios y cómodos. La dama es amable y útil. Me siento segura. Todos los servicios y servicios enumerados en Trip.Com están disponibles. Sería mucho mejor si la dirección específica se enumerara en Trip.com para la conveniencia de la reserva. Recomendado para viajeros de una sola mujer, si no está seguro de tener un estancia en casa.
