El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta, con vistas panorámicas y cerca de restaurantes, tiendas, etc. Está a poca distancia a pie del casco antiguo y de muchos lugares de interés, como el teleférico, la fuente de madera, mezquitas históricas, el ayuntamiento, la llama eterna, museos, mercados, etc. El hotel está impecablemente limpio y el personal es increíblemente amable y está muy bien informado. La habitación era enorme, la cama muy cómoda, el baño fantástico; te dan artículos de aseo, té, café, etc. El desayuno cada mañana era fresco y delicioso, estilo buffet, con una variedad de zumos, cafés y tés. ¡Comí muchísimo! Usé la sauna, que es gratuita y se pueden reservar sesiones con el personal de recepción. Sin duda recomendaría este hotel y me alojaría allí de nuevo cuando visite Sarajevo, Bosnia. ¡Me encantó! Stayed here for one night before an early morning flight and had a really lovely stay. I honestly didn’t realize until I arrived that Hotel Baškuća had been featured in TIME’s World’s Greatest Places 2025 and National Geographic Traveller’s European Cities Collection 2025; such a nice surprise and very well deserved. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Baščaršija (the old bazaar), which made it very convenient for exploring Sarajevo even with a short stay. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities were all thoughtfully prepared. Everything felt well-kept and welcoming. I had to leave very early for my flight, so unfortunately I didn’t get to try the breakfast, but I heard from others that it’s excellent. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I’d happily recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sarajevo especially if you want somewhere comfortable, charming, and well located.

En la antigua zona, la salida es la vieja calle, muy conveniente. Está muy cerca de las atracciones. Caminar por unos minutos. Sin escaleras, el segundo piso está cargado con el equipaje. Hay parkings allá afuera, pero hay muchos coches (el automóvil de la antigua ciudad es enorme, la carretera es muy estrecha, la velocidad individual es muy rápida), y si llegan a la estación, 10 euros por noche. El hotel tiene café gratuito, fruta, un poco de cuidado, muy cálido. El camarero está bien.

Instalaciones: No es un hotel nuevo, solo ofrece servicios básicos. Limpieza: Buena. Entorno: El hotel ofrece un ambiente cálido y acogedor. Tiene una ubicación céntrica en Sarajevo, con vistas al Puente Latino y a las calles de la planta baja. Está a unos 3 km de lugares de interés como la Fortaleza Amarilla. Servicio: El servicio es excelente. Desde indicarte dónde aparcar y llevarte el equipaje a la habitación, hasta te indican lugares cercanos y dónde cambiar moneda. Muy serviciales.

Uno de esos alojamientos que te da pena dejar. La habitación, como el hotel en general, era muy bonita y bien cuidada. El personal no podría ser más amable. Un desayuno simplemente espectacular. Una ubicación perfecta para conocer la ciudad. Alojamiento muy recomendable.

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center

Vivienda confortable, adecuada para gente joven.

Wonderful location and such friendly staff. Willing to accomodate and help in any way. I requested early check-in and they allowed for me to have that after my 25 hour journey. It was really warm in my room and I requested a portable fan and they were so quick in bringing it over.

Este hotel se reservó temporalmente después de que cambiara el itinerario. El sitio es muy bueno. El personal de recepción es cálido y atento y me ayudó mucho. Es una muy buena experiencia. La visitaré la próxima vez.
