Hoteles cerca de Estadio Etihad, Docklands

We have stayed for 4 nights in this apartment it’s quite smooth on the arrival date for check in. But after 6pm, you need to contact reception in advance. Our apartment is clean and location is good as we can grab the uber easily for the city visit. Besides, gym and swimming pool is included and security is good enough. For the kitchenette, equipment is adequate for us to cook the food while washing machine is nearby. Definite will come back again. T

Very nice hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly. From the bellboys to the reception counter staff. We had a very good experience staying in the hotel. Will definitely stay in 1 Hotel again if we're in Melbourne.

Bel appartement moderne, une vue incroyable sur Yarra rivière. Quartier calme et le tram à côté de l’immeuble est un atout immense. Pas loin de station de train et centre ville. La propriétaire a mis tout à notre disposition : huile et sel pour cuisiner et tous les ustensiles, laundry, serviettes…. Les seuls hic : cette histoire de la boîte à clé qui nous a mis en difficulté pour la trouver à notre arrivée. C’etait derrière l’immeuble il faut prendre la clé. Maintenant , on a compris le système. Une couette en plus ou plaide en réserve, à mettre dans le placard, serait magnifique car il faisait froid des fois la nuit. Sinon , cet appartement a tout son charme et son utilité pour un voyage en famille.

Personal súper amable. El servicio fue muy impresionante. El personal de limpieza nos ayudó a limpiar la habitación todos los días. La habitación es espaciosa. La ubicación es buena, cerca de la parada del tranvía gratuito y también muy cerca de la estación Southern Cross y de los centros comerciales.

Location is good only 20 mins by train to melbourne down town district. There are many shops nearby including a super market down below.

Great location. Well priced for location and usual amenities. Rooftop spa isn't hot enough, needs to be way warmer to be pleasant. Steam room wasn't open this stay. Robes no longer provided in room which is a shame because they were great for when using the pool/spa. Last two stays I requested extra towel in my room on arrival but both times this request wasn't actioned. Staff on check in were lovely and handled the rush extremely professionally, treating each guest with care despite the line. QR code for room service wasn't working this stay or my previous stay. Bathroom had a weird smell which I had also experienced during previous stays. Lots of room for improvement but still a pleasant stay for a reasonable price.

It was ok, just want to mention that the photos don’t look like real rooms: 1. They don’t have a view at all (in the photos they show like a view of Docklands but not at all). 2. My room was in 2nd floor in the front of a gym, so it was very noisy, early morning from 6am you notice the noise from the gym. 3. Breakfast was average, not too much options, no good coffee. 4 parking area is super limited. What they do so good: customer service! Great and friendly. Cleaning. Very well.

Wasn’t happy with the smoke detectors opened and no battery, The television had lines on People.

Location is very good because it is just next to a stop on the free tram system. There are shops and supermarkets nearby and some restaurants. You can also easily walk to the CBD, river and Southern Cross Station. It is relatively large and has plenty of amenities. The only negative was that the soft chairs are covered in highly visible greasy food and drinks stains. They should either use a faux leather or something or throws that can be washed. Also there seemed to be a huge excess of bedding which got tangled and uncomfortable. A simple duvet, sheet and two pillows would be better in my opinion. But otherwise, all good!

El entorno, la ubicación es buena, las instalaciones interiores también están muy preparadas, el espacio es muy amplio, hay que mejorar la limpieza interior, el suelo es más polvo, el suelo no es muy limpio y la suciedad. Los apartamentos son muy convenientes para comprar, hay un supermercado en 2 calles, la próxima vez que viajamos se considerará aquí, hay un sentimiento de vida en casa.
