UUsuario invitadoEl lugar es increíble para ser un hostal las personas de la recepción muy amables, las camas muy limpias, te ayudan si necesitas algo, los habitantes muy tranquilos.
Me he quedado en diferentes hostales y este es un gran hostal! 🫶🏻

UUsuario invitadoDisappointing, I participated in the National AGM of the largest association in the world and the hotel ran out of one of the most popular tap beer and white wine, just one hour after the guests checked-in/arrived.
The hotel advertised 1 hour happy hour every day but the Op Manager staff the bar with only one bartender. Guests lining up for half hour to get the happy hour deal, to be told, ”sorry, the 'happy hour' is finished.
The AGM room lighting set up absolutely poor, hard to see and hear anyone, the committee having to re-organise the room.
If it wasn't for the every day cleaning the room and the breakfast service, I would have ranked the hotel less than 3 stars, at @ 279/night.
I have stayed at other properties in Canberra, such as Kurajong Hotel, for less money but for exceptional experience.

UUsuario invitadoOur internet service wasn’t good / and shower had a little bit issues. The hotel solved it quickly . The hotel service is excellent. in the room it provide coffee machine / kettle - Italy good brand . Also I really like the shower gel / body lotion provided by the hotel - these all 5 stars hotel standard. It is highly recommended. The only thing I can criticize to the hotel is it should replace the shower head .

CclamnxSadly, got a room in the middle of the building with absolutely no view whatsoever, but the apartment was nice and clean and it had everything that you need! The water pressure was good too, which is a plus, and the receptionists were really friendly!

UUsuario invitadolocation was excellent, love the rows of red pin oak trees lining nearby streets during Autumn ( late April), had the 2 bedroom apartment ,
some small comment, had to wait 30 minutes in the car when we arrived at 2 pm due to room not prepared ,the electric blanket wasn't working in the main bedroom, and the door to the balcony was open when we enter,otherwise an enjoyable stay.

CClaire in the airStylish hotel with a central location. Recommend the atrium rooms as the sun room we were in faced the busy highway and was quite noisy. The aircon also seemed to have issues.
Watch out for parking, it’s relatively expensive and the street parking nearby doesnt do overnight unless you are leaving before 6am.
Otherwise a pleasant stay.

UUsuario invitadoAnything that could go wrong did go wrong!!! For a disabled room there was no power point near the bed. The only available power point in the room was in the bathroom. The air conditioning was manually powered and was positioned above the window so anyone in a wheelchair or that was short could not reach it. The only place to hang up your clothes was on the back of the bathroom door. The bathroom was quite large but when I went to put the towel on the hanger it came apart!!!! And the top of the toilet was broken. Then I opened the fridge and it looked like a soda can had exploded and nobody had cleaned it. When I informed the staff member he was very lovely, he came in and cleaned the fridge, gave me a power board and extension cord for the bed which did help. But then in the morning the young staff member on took an hour and half to bring a toasted sandwich to my room after saying it would only be 10mins. He had clearly forgotten about it. So after such a bad experience I asked for my money back!!!!
