The location is perfect. Close to Altstadt and other sightseeing spots. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The staff are nice and helpful. Just that cleanliness can be a bit better. And you have to order room service one day before, otherwise room service will not come.

Reserva fácil y sencilla. Hotel muy limpio y relativamente nuevo. Personal muy competente, amable y cortés. Desayuno buffet: simplemente todo lo que uno desea, lo que ven y lo que el estómago anhela. Muy recomendable. Sin duda, volveremos a reservar en Harry's Home Hotels para otras ciudades austriacas.

Me encantaba el hotel. Situación increíble, puede tomar un autobús o caminar a todos los lugares que necesita. Hay muchos supermercados alrededor y puede comprar comida. Mi habitación era limpia, nueva y realmente cómoda. Wi-Fi estaba funcionando perfectamente. Los desayunos son buenos. El servicio de la mesa delantera estaba bien trabajado. ¡Me quedaré de nuevo la próxima vez!

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado frente a la estación de tren. El personal de recepción fue excelente y me ayudó a guardar mis gafas perdidas. El desayuno estuvo genial, aunque no muy variado, pero muy rico.

A beautiful classy old school hotel. The single room was perfectly adequate with a large comfortable bed and a large bathroom with good quality fittings. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk across a park to the historic centre. The location means that it's very peaceful and I slept well. All in all a great stay and I would definitely return should I visit Graz again.

The hotel was so clean as if it is newly opened. The room was specious, also the bathroom. Located in very convenient surroundings. Receptionist was so helpful. There is a nice coffee machine at reception with very nice coffee complementary for guests. The only thing that I didn’t like that there is no iron and iron board in the room. Generally I enjoyed the stay.

La experiencia de la habitación es muy difícil, pero no es fácil, pero no es fácil. Frühstück sehr gut. Personal im allgemeinen auch sehr gut, bis yu einer Frau am letyten Tag, eine Asistin, unfreundlich. Ich bewundere mich, warum es um kurz nach 10.00 heute, d.h. am letzten Tag, noch nicht 12.00 Uhr, wo man noch kein check out macht und Koffer usw. runter holen muss, ist das Zimmer gleich gesperrt. Ich konnte nicht ins Zimmer rein. Ich glaube, das hat die Frau gemacht, denn bei meinem deutschen Kollegen war es nicht passiert. Sonst andere personalien sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Very clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included! I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.

La habitación era pequeña aunque nos ofrecieron una más grande, pero estaba en la esquina y la ventana daba a una sala de conciertos y decidimos coger la más pequeña. Estaba muy limpia. La ubicación es perfecta para ir al centro. Desayuno pequeño aunque suficiente para nosotros. La recepcionista nos dio muy buenos consejos sobre sitios donde ir. Pasamos dos noches y repetiríamos.
