El hotel se ve bien por fuera pero llegando allí la señora se tardo 25 minutos en encontrar mi reservación. Nos dio un cuarto sacado de película asesina, era horrible y olía a mojó. Después de ir a quejarme nos dio un cuarto en el segundo piso que ya no olía a mojó, pero la cama no era nada
cómoda y el baño tenía manchas en la bañera… en conclusión por el dinero que cobran 110 + impuestos no vale la pena pagar eso hubiese dormido mejor en mi coche ó hubiese pagado los 200$ que cobran otros hoteles…

They do not honor the 2 hour early check in , nor do they honor the 2 hour check out even though that’s what I paid for through *******. The Hispanic woMAN was so rude and literally was beating on the door at 10:40 am to remind us to be out at 11am. We paid for a jetted tub…IT WAS DIRTY! The blow dryer did not work. The toilet clogged. It was just a mess. I definitely would not recommend stay here until they upgrade the staff and the rooms!
I will say.. the bed was comfortable. The towels, blankets and pillows were clean too.

I reserved a non-smoking room and when I checked in the room smelled like smoke. I also noticed the was a burn hole in the sheet. I didn’t even stay I just left and went somewhere else and highly recommend everyone go somewhere else.

The hotel and room were fine its the employees who kicked me out because my service dog was dangerous when they had no interaction with him whatsoever. I paid good money and was quiet and kept to my self didnt bother anybody and was treated like trash worst hotel staff ive ever dealt with

We did not like the room at all. The receptionist at the front desk was horrible and not helpful. They gave us smoking room when we don’t even smoke. It was so strong we asked her kindly if she can move us and she was rude. She said no and we had to spray the room with a lot of scent sprays to take some of the smell. We had no choice but to stay because it was already really late and we were extremely tired from driving. We will never ever come back. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. The rooms were horrible as well. I would strongly tell people to not ever come here, go somewhere else.

Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy
Staff was not very friendly or understanding. Rooms were dirty and smelled like mold. Had a hard time falling asleep because of the smell.
