A really excellent hotel with very caring staff that were always willing to help and nothing was too much of a problem. Would recommend to anyone!

這是幫朋友定的酒店，非常失望
首先，酒店前台一個男士非常不專業，工作時間不在前台，反而在酒店外和他的男性朋友親密聊天;確認訂單確認好久，溝通非常不順暢，對於當天生日且入住的顧客連生日快樂都不會説；第一次我們房卡刷不開門，我們下來折騰重新設卡，他沒有表示任何道歉。
其次，看到我們一行提着大行李，沒有任何引導;我們開車過來，對於泊車位沒有任何指示;
再次，房間很小，也就國內漢庭的配置，大行李箱都放不下;這麼小的房間居然很不合時宜地放了兩個很大的根本用不着的凳子;
最後，馬桶太高了，我理解本地人腿長，但是我們也去過全球其他地方，馬桶都是標準高度，這個設定真是非常奇怪。
總之，這個服務完全配不上它的價格

酒店在小鎮中心，下午的時候停車有點費勁，晚上車稍微少點，換到了酒店門口，走路去教堂等景點方便
